Swear, I really love this recipe at kung naghahanap na kayo ng pwedeng lutuin sa Chinese New Year, I highly recommend this flavorful and savory dish - Crispy Seafood Egg Noodles! Sabi nga nila, pancit is for long life and prosperity! Kaya make sure to cook this and use good quality Good Life Egg Noodles na hindi greasy when you fry! Achieved ang perfect crispness!
Ingredients:
Set A
1/4 kg. Good Life Egg Noodles
Set B
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoons garlic
1/4 cup green onion leeks
1/4 cup carrots
1/4 cup shiitake mushrooms
2 pieces Chinese bok choy
1 cup shrimp
1 cup squid
Set C
1 tablespoon Chinese rice wine
2 cups chicken stock
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons cornstarch
3 tablespoons water
salt and pepper, to taste
Set D
8 quail eggs
3 tablespoons Good Life Sesame Oil
1 tablespoon fresh spring onion

Ideally po off heat ang paglagay ng sesame oil dahil mawawala po yung amoy niya kapag nainitan masyado. Kaya madalas sa huli po siya dinasagdag.
