Hi! Could you make a video to provide tips about reporting speech. In call-centre, not only do you have to talk to the customer, but you also need to write down what the customer said during the call. ie customer could call to report an incident or if you are assigned to do chat on a social media platform. I find it hard to juggle between the two (talking and writing) and keeping the AHT and ACW low.

Could someone give me tips on how to deal with customers over the phone who wants to speak to a supervisor when your job is to assist the customer? I just hate it when that happens to me because I feel like I am not doing my job properly and the team leaders tend to give off a heavy sigh when I have to pass the call for them to do an escalation. Should I tell the customer, "my job is to assist you, if you are not happy with how I answer your questions, you can hang up the phoneand call back on this number but I can't guarantee that you will get a different agent." In reality, should team leaders take the escalation call without making a fuss over it?
not an expert here but i do take escalation call. for me it's totally fine to take escalation calls as long as i know the rep did everything that he/she can do. it might be frustrating sometimes yes since we have a lot of other things to do but it shouldn't be that way consistently. one of the things i highly recommend is for you to be confident on your call so your customer won't degrade or hesitate your abilities. also on de-escalating a call, make sure that you don't sound scared and prove them what you can do. also avoid empathy if it's not relevant and assure the cx you'll do everything to have the request accommodated.

The most important is before transferring the call to the supervisor u have to make sure you can't help the client with his issue 😉, you have to do your best before the call transfer 🙂.
