Whole pork belly 600g (as much as you want) (it does not have to be Jeju Island black pork)
15 whole black peppercorns (can be ground black pepper)
4 cloves of garlic (not minced garlic)

3 chives
1 ginger

3 tablespoons soy sauce
5 tablespoons mirin

salt
