    I love smoothies.... All sorts of healthy goodness, whizzed up into a tasty beverage!!... I'll be trying this recipe soon.

      I'm not crazy hungry at breakfast and rarely eat a big meal, I find this perfect 😊

    I'm thinking of having a healthy smoothie as a meal substitute. Should the fruit be frozen or is refrigerated enough?

      Personally for smoothies fruit should always be frozen, it just tastes smoother and cooler.

      I always freeze my fruits for smoothies. Not only does it make them chilled and creamier, it's also a great way of ensuring that fruit doesn't go to waste. I have a freezer full of frozen fruits!
