You started off amazing but then you went all America Idol With the rifts and rolls Some Songs were perfect the first time. You could be great but to try and “improve” on Linda ruined this for me It was as if you were fighting to get back to some point

Linda didn't sing it exactly the same as Smokey but put her own twists and turns on it and both renditions have become classics. If you don't appreciate someone else's interpretation, just don't like it and move on. You were not her targeted audience, and hopefully we'll never hear from you again.
