Wow! Gorgeous product, keep it up 👏
I know this is on powder coating and I liked the way you explain everything. The thing is, the way you did the blue on the flag. We watch videos to learn and that is what this video is all about. Thank you for giving us your time

i stumbled across your vid it was on my feed so thought id get a look at your process im in the same business i been doing this stuff now about 23 years and i sure enjoy being creative especially doing one off customs for others . i also do the tattered flags only i use the candy color paints i havent tried doing the powder coat process yet i need to build me a bigger oven but i sure like the results of how the clear makes it pop . i take it your using hot roll beings you sand blast it first then working it with a grinder i use cold roll the clean it with acetone then grind it smooth with 60 grit flap then i mask n paint and use three coats of clear and works really well anyways keep up the great work thanks Bill
Thank you sir
I love the design I have wanted to learn how to use that machine. I’ve used a large format cutter for paper and plastics
A mechanic shop called All American auto has this in the lobby. Cool 😎
Looks Sweet! Thanks for the video!
Thank you sir
Great Video bro! Cool stuff. I gotta get with you soon about some ideas I got
Thank you
What do you use to remove the dross before blasting? Or does the blasting remove it?
Other than skipping that part in the vid, good video. Cool trick with the torch to blue it. Gave me some ideas for a different project I got cooking.
Very cool! Would love to win that flag.
Stay tuned! we'll be doing another give away soon!
What did you use to mask it? Awsome work as well!
I used a high temp poly masking tape you can get some from Columbiacoatings.com
@2024_rebranding Thanks, and keep up the great work!

I need one !
Pretty cool look!!!
Amazing work!
Thank you
Keep up the great work…
Thank you
Very nice !
Thank you very much!
Looking good brother
Thank you brother
Awesome job brother!!
Thank you sir!
Looks great. Bu it is a "tattered" flag. Not a "tethered" flag. One means ripped, torn or beat up. Tethered means tide down, or attached to something. That old flag is tattered after tears of blowing in the wind.... vs. that horse is tethered to a fence.
HOLY SH*T BROTHER THAT WAS BADASS!!! NEW FRIEND AND SUB HERE!!! I DO ALIL BIT OF METAL WORK MYSELF. OVER THE TOP BRO GOOD JOB!!!

Looking to make a sign. Do you have any suggestions what gauge metal is good to use overall?
I always used 14g. if it’s multiple layers you can use 14 g for the back layer and 16g for everything else
Sweet designs
Thank you
Looks good as always
Thank you!
Thanks

TORCHMATE 3 WITH ACCUMOVE 3 CONTROLLER AND HYPOTHERM 85 PLASMA
Reno That is a cool flag. I don't have a c&c only a hand held. I was looking for tips on cutting free hand letters out and came up on your channel. I'm making a end of the world sing to donate to sand mountain out side Fallon Nv. I would like to win your flag to add on to my sing. Or I may use your idea . No way will it come out as good as yours. I subscribed to your channel. Some day I hope to have a c&c plasma cutter. I have a Rottweiler named Reno he is a bad ass and a cool dog 🤠 J>-W-> Old Hangtown ca. ps how do you sing up to win that flag??
