What can I do to bring the handlebars on the level 2 up to its maximum level? I'm too far leaned over on the level two and needed higher. What one thing or combination of things can do to bring it up to its highest level?

You can use an adjustable stem but the wires will not have enough slack to raise it to its max height causing the the headlight not to work.
