Could have been from alignment shop when they pulled it on or off the ramp. Discount tire attempted to pull mine on the alignment ramp even though they knew it was too low. Punctured a hole in the bottom undercarriage plastic and didn’t bother letting me know…heard scraping and found a nice plastic flap hanging down!
I was thinking that too. I decided not to upgrade to a Cusco trailing arm because then the next weak link would be the subframe. I’d rather keep replacing a trailing arm than a subframe. Trailing arm is also fixed with no adjustment so i shouldn’t have realign if it gets bent again.
@@JoeyMontalto I think its a poorly supported part. I had to make a quick maneuver at relatively high speeds and I sear I felt something give even though my car has been lifted/worked on many times. I will have to take a look at my own just to make sure now haha.
time for a dashcam, in my ThinkWare settings you can set it to where it records 10 seconds before an impact occurs and 20 seconds after.. but definitely looks like someone tried jacking it up from there..

Gremlins!!!! 🎉😂
Looks like "someone" jacked it up there or used a jackstand on it. Think, could have been you too.
0% chance it was me. I jack up on the pinch weld. I think the shop lifted the car wrong.
Makes me question the rigidity of the factory suspension components..

Looks like a jack stand bent it
it does 😮
Yea kinda looks like the shop racked the car wrong when they installed the new tires
My guess is that someone tried to jack the car up by the link and it collapsed under the weight. 🤷🏻♂️
I agree it looks like that. I’m starting to think the shop lifted the car wrong
too much torque for a stamped part? or low life scrapping something

I have a dash cam :( It did not help if they did rack my car wrong when they were installing my new tires. Can’t see how they racked the car
Parkway subi is my guess. I dont trust them.
Wilmington tire and auto. I actually went back and showed the parts and they kinda blew me off. They didn’t want to admit it.
Jack stand
Yea it looks like the shop that installed my tires lifted the car wrong 😞
