A Hollywood Con Woman

  • We now know what Jen said to Ben at the Grammy’s. I know the only thing Brandi Glanville can do to work again in reality TV. RHONJ premiered, and I still don’t understand why Joe and Melissa are mad at Teresa. Madonna likes her look and doesn’t care if you don’t! Harry and Megan are now into rom-coms. Should the police be held responsible for Gabby Petito’s death? Then I interviewed Joumana Kidd, who was just on American Greed. After divorcing an NBA player, she and her kids move to LA. She thinks she has found the perfect assistant to help with her, but instead, she unknowingly hires a sophisticated, convicted con woman who turns her life and her finances upside down.

Heather heads up, I think you need to do a story about Ryan Upchurch, he’s a Country rapper, his mother embezzled millions of dollars from him, and bought houses with his money but put her name of the deeds, the brothers broke into his studio and trashed it, the dad is also involved, it’s a mess and very sad situation

This is random but back in 2001, Jason Kidd pleaded guilty to domestic abuse after assaulting Joumana. Right after this Jason & the Nets played a game in Boston with Joumana and kids sitting court side the crowd started chanting "wife beater". I hadn't thought about this until I saw her on today's show - and just want to say she was a class act after that unfortunate event.

@@tonyaa8738 the American Greed episode doesn’t delve any deeper either. In fact, I was baffled the whole time - she just made excuses for all her behaviour. Even if she thought it was only 1 card with 30,000 gone - isn’t that enough??? 😂😂 Her money manager was constantly calling telling her to stop spending - AFTER - she knew this woman stole her money and she acted terribly confused - thinking her kids were spending too much - her trip to Paris was too much - it’s was ridiculous! I don’t know if it’s because she had everything done for her before - but that’s not an excuse. There was red flags everywhere!

Everyone inolved from Theresa to Joe to Melissa to Andy Cohen to The Real Housewives to the Network to the fans (for supporting the show by watching the show which brings in the money that keep the show on, I don't watch) to the advertisers who pay to keep the show on. This woman sounds so much like me except in my case the criminal was my sociopathic first husband (actually diagnosed with antisocial personality disorder and narcissistic personality disorder which meant he felt entitled to keep everything we had built together over our ten year marriage. When I had a sudden health crisis that it was a miracle I even survived he saw it as the perfect opportunity to carry out his elaborate plan to rob me blind, framing me for crimes he was committing, taking out loans in my name, liquidating our assets, cooking the books for our business, and laundering the money and telling everyone that it was me doing it when I had no idea what was even happening. Not until the damage had been done, and the truth was undeniable could I accept that I built a life around a person who wouldn't stop his cruelty even after driving our eldest son to an early grave in 2016, fifteen years after he nearly killed me. To this day no one knows what was really going on, and by now it's clear that he believes his own lies.

I believe she was ripped off and that she is super nice, but it’s like she glosses over and doesn’t know details that are just general knowledge of day to day life skills. Like she doesn’t know this woman’s husbands name and she was talking to her every day for years? and went to her wedding shower and wedding reception? Seriously the way she speaks she should not even mingle with society she is a walking target because she doesn’t know anything and has tons of money. Wow.

I feel very bad for the petito’s but going after the police for not intervening is a stretch. They are looking to cast blame in their despair probably to help with their own personal guilt for not realizing their daughter was with an abuser for so many years and they didn’t notice (not saying they are at fault and I realize abusive relationships can be hidden very well) but no matter what a parent would have a lot of guilt whether it is rational or not). They spoke to Gabby almost daily and she managed to hide it from them so why they think the police could do anything is strange. At some point society has to agree we have to have personal accountability. This victim hood crap has gotten way out of hand.

Heather-I love your grammar! It’s refreshing to listen to a content creator and not cringe as they speak. Love your show.

None of the housewives drama is real anymore and when we do get some real drama (Teresa Melissa joe feud) it’s honestly not fun to watch. They’ve been arguing since the show began. Figure it out or get over it. Makes me question if their drama even is real or if theyve all just kept going for the paycheck. At one point it was what I watched for but I think now it might be the reason I STOP watching. I can’t relate to the glitz and glam squads, the expensive restaurants and activities. What I can relate to is sibling drama and it’s disheartening to watch others go through whether I know them or not. Bravo runs with content for until it’s dried up in the desert. As a fan of most bravo shows I wish I could be exited to watch new seasons. For the last 3-4 years I’ve just been prepared to be disappointed… and then have been majorly disappointed. Ive stopped watching oc, Bh, Salt Lake City, New York… what is left. I’m saying bye to bravo 😢 with no good storylines or characters, their shows have turned into a waste of time for me personally.

Gabby was told to take the van and the police drove Laundrie to the hotel. The police portrayed Laundrie as a victim to the hotel clerk. I wondered why they would send the female off to sleep in the van alone in an area she wasn't familiar with. The initial complaint called into the police stated that there was a male hitting a woman, on the street.

Love Juicy Scoop! All the juice is so good!!!!! The interview was interesting. I am sorry to say that she was too spoiled to take care of her own finances. She should have gotten rid of the scammer after her treatment was over. I guess for her it’s easy come easy go?!!! How can she possibly lose so much money and not even have a clue!?!? Lesson learned is be aware of your own money and where it is being spent. Don’t ever volunteer your information. Especially social security numbers!

Wait, so did she never do a background check on this person? I mean Ron doesn’t seem like he’s doing a very good job. If he never recommended a background check for someone that is going to be working with your children.

I’m in total agreement with you! I know everyone has different opinions but it seems like Teresa never liked Melissa and didn’t get along with them way before the show even started. She has a weird jealousy and thinks Joe should love her more than Melissa.
