- Piyah was born with Sacral Agenesis, meaning she has only half a body. Born male, Piyah has now transitioned to female, and she has had to overcome bullying and rejection because of her identity and appearance. She's recently found love with boyfriend Andrew, who calls her his ‘angel’. Using a skateboard to get around, she has built physical and mental strength, and now spends most of her life encouraging more LGBTQ+ disabled women to embrace themselves and life - just like she does.

Dang she just held her whole body weight on one hand! Ok now that’s skill!
It’s amazing, she made it look like she had literally no weight, like she was made of air. The power in her arms must be incredible because even if she doesn’t have bottom weight, a torso still has a lot of weight in it and the head itself is incredibly heavy - the balance is just ballerina/Olympic gymnast perfect.
The way her shoulders are positioned though (which obviously she can’t help) makes me wonder if she ever experiences pain in the neck and shoulder areas from her frame being hunched that way (I mean I don’t have her condition and I get intense neck pain from just certain positions so I can really imagine it’s a possibility for her). If she does get pain, then that’s even a bigger testament to how strong she is.
Don't ever put yourself down! That's the best sentence I've heart for a long time! Yes! She doesn't hurt anyone living on her own! The way God made us tells us how to live and here , and that's my real oppinion, He made her inner person as a woman. I don't know why but it seems to be so! I love you, girl, for the person you are! You have so much to go through and you lough and say:don't troble, live your own way and so you do!!! She reminds us to live happy and that it's no mistake to feel like you feel and it's absolute right to ke happy, dear! I'm a 55 - year - old "lady", born as a woman, 35 years I wantede o be a man). I made up freinds with my sex in the age of 36, when I got pregnant. Today it does not mean anything what I am because I'm happy as a mum. I'm multiple handicaped, with a lot of pain really every move I make. But I never give up to fight for mine an the rights of any human to feel free and as happy as may be and individual fantastic humen like you show that everything is possible! I'm a believer and so I wish you all the blessings coming from God to be with you and that one day we'll meet in heaven to hug and to sing and to make music (I play guitar and ocarina as well and irish drum etc) and to have fun and love without limitations from anyone. So be blessed again! I love you for who you are!

Can I just say she is a phenomenal makeup artist. Also I love that her amazing spirit never let the bullies affect her, that is the sign of a lot of strength. I personally was bullied a lot too but wasn't fortunate enough to deal with it the way she did

I would assume squished in the torso just like a pregnant woman. Pregnant women deal with the organs being pushed aside and squished, most up underneath the ribs, which is why pregnancy isn't as pleasant as men might think. I believe that's the case here, where the organs are crammed

I would have NEVER guessed she was trans. She has the most beautiful, soothing voice ever. I too, was born with sacral agenesis. I luckily have legs, and can walk with forearm crutches. My legs are just a little deformed and I have problems with my bones from the hips down. The older u get, the more pain I'm in. I'm 32 now and my quality of life, from what it was, just four years ago, has gone down significantly. I use to be so active, and energetic, played tons of sports. Now I can barely get up 3 stairs or walk through the house with out needing to take a break. I'm exhausted 90% of the time, but I've ALWAYS been very independent and it has never stopped me from getting and doing what I want lol. I'm in a relationship that I've had for 8 yrs now, I've had 3 children, now I'm just trying to jump through hoops of fire to hopefully one day get my driver's license. I wish nothing but tbt best of luck to her and her amazing journey!

I never understand how people can bully others with a disability. It just takes a moment for them to realise how hard it is for the other person, to understand and stop bullying. Kids can be cruel when they have no concept of other people’s reality.
