Girl. You are looking goodt. Muscle does not weight more than fat. A pound of muscle weights the same as a pound of fat. Muscle takes up less space than fat so that is why your clothes are getting too big. You are replacing the fat with muscle. I love watching your journey. I will be 57 in July so i realize how much work and effort you are putting into this and i am seeing a difference

The second I passed by Houston Garden Center Saturday and saw the half off sign. I did a quick upturn. Bought a dwarf pomegranate and blue berry bush. Might go back for a black berry bush and some grape vines. 🍇 😊 grapes look much better at the center on the other end of hwy 6

Congratulations on your 5K run. It's good you found some girls to run with. I felt the same way as you are feeling right now after I finished my first 5K run also. I don't know why it was a major milestone for me. I actually cried when I crossed the finish line. it's funny. My underwear is getting too big. Also, I need to buy new underwear. Wow! Panera Bread used to be real good you know to the point you go like a couple times a year now I don't go at all last time I was doing so disappointed I ordered a Cobb salad chicken cobb salad they didn't put the egg in the salad and they put some bag on dried red onion in it that was I don't know it was it was not good and at the time it was like in 2018 419 it was like almost $11 and it wasn't enjoyable it used to be enjoyable we would seem like it was made first but when they forgot the actual the main part of the salad the chicken I said I was so mad I was I remember I was at work and I was at an in-service and I was on my lunch break and I was looking forward to that salad I said I am never buying the salad again find better options to make hotels or make them at home it's not worth it😢
