I don’t have a routine but for the most part I use cetaphil as a soap for all of my body; I also like a couple of the dove bar soaps… periodically I’ll mix shea butter with castor for my face and I’ll put a couple of drops of peppermint oil in it for the remainder of my body… I know it’s an “inside” out job… your skin is amazing 🖤🧡💪🏿

I purchased the color sometime ago, I thought it look 🔥🔥 I've also been wearing a beautiful red glitter. Nail polish on my finger nails, and toe nails. I get so many compliments, and I don't even care for red. I don't own anything clothing in red. But that color nail polish is so pretty 😍 I made a pot of collards, turnip, and mustard greens with some cornbread. It was good eaten !!! Look at Christopher, just growing up into a young man! These kids grow up before your eyes, smh. Oh, I make my own sugar scrub and I add powdered goats milk in mines.
