    could be or an air leak after the carb. That is why I supply a Partition wall with a metal clamp and new Flange which is made of harder plastic which hold the carb screws better

    HI This is a good aftermarket cylinder, I have tested them and they work just fine
    for a short time 130.00 dollars + shipping cylinder , partition wall flange wrist pin bearing and gaskets and decon valve

    Can you put a biger piston and cylinder kit on a jonsered 450 from a 42mm to 50 or 55mm on the saw

      I do not think so. These were made before Husqvarna bought Jonsered.

    Hi
    This is the complete kit cylinder kit and intake kit. If you are putting this on a 350, I also give a muffler bracket.
    Thanks

    Rod, I'm a bit confused here, Is this a intake replacement kit that includes a new cylinder and piston? Is this meant for folks who have already damaged their saw's cylinder? Just saying that the $130 price seems a bit steep for a intake tract improvement.

    Dude...great video! I didn't know you could pressure wash the saw to clean it...do you duck tape anything closed? Is that kit 44 or 45 mm piston? Thanks man...can you get the new intake if your jugs good in a little kit?

      David Thorne HI no need to duck tape anything as i was taking it apart. If just cleaning I stuff a paper towel in the carb After washing , start it up to dry it out. I do sell a intake kit 22.00 send me an email sim559@gmail.com

    I had a gas tank leak in my Husky 350(EPAII). I ordered a replacement. I came with the gas hose installed and a second hose. I can not find where to connect this second hose or even find out what it is for?

      Most likely for a newer model with a primer bulb . block it off and you should be ok

    whats the trick to getting the antivibe spring off the old cylinder I screwed the bracket back on to have something to hold and it looks threaded to the spring but nothing moves am I missing something

      @JONSEREDdotWS  10 років тому

      There is a cap screw at the bottom of that spring. Same size allen as you used on removing the cylinder

    I git a damaged piston (stuck ring) but the cylinder doesn't look too bad. some scores on the muffler side.
    Can i swap the piston and use the original cylinder?
    Thanks
