This might be due to the phase of hiring freeze. Due to the recession time most of the companies have either slowed down or stopped hiring L. The situation will improve soon though. Getting a referral will be the best way to get the resume shortlisted once there are openings.

I can't find SDE 1 openings in any FAANG company in London now. How do I get recruitment test link in such cases?
