@Some Not just those. Literally every website that asks you to accept cookies is sharing your data. In fact, I once read a news article criticizing Facebook data privacy on a website that requested I accept its ridiculous cookie settings. It was doing the exact same bullshit as Facebook but it wasn't calling itself out. The hypocrisy is astounding.

These videos always seem to conveniently forget that the entire reason for having all these amenities on-site is so you don't have to "waste" time traveling for lunch or whatever else you may need to get done so the workers spend more time working.

@@randomuser66438 I agree with you 100% with no doubt... thing is we tell them were to find us when they need to, I mean its not rocket science that if your browse history is full of cars for instance, if thats the case then all the car ads will pop up on your sessions everytime you visit FB site. Same applies when you enable ur location on your device and let that app access it you will then get ads in the local area, you check in at your nearest airport then ads about car rentals and cheap flights will show up. All I wanted to say is, they dont make money off our data those companies advertising at FB have already paid big cash for that :p

Very interesting video .. I would like to think there is an alternative to the "more of the same" crap we avoid daily on radio stations .. But you have to keep looking online till you find something you like or tap in to songs your friends like and share. You have to be quite aggressive to find real good stuff though.
I would be definitely be using the kitchen and the sleeping pod the most.

Who maintains those sleep pods? Who sanitizes the pods and changes the sheets every time? My gosh, just imagine the crabs!
My job doesn't have sleeping pods but we have "Zen rooms" where you can go and sleep. We have cleaning crews who come clean every day, just as they come to clean the rest of the office.
Man I see transferring bed bugs or some skin disease sharing bedding like that with people. I'd never lay in there

This is misleading, yeah it has some perks but the work is tedious as fvck. It is required for engineers to complete a 40 hour of their duties with high quality.
Tedious? These developers are constantly learning new things, so there's no way they'll get bored. Trust me, if you think this industry is tedious, others are much worse.

In this whole video of "engineering office" I haven't seen a single engineer or an engineering office. They have howere shown a "recruitment team" office which is just HR. I liked the Infra team especially, which seems to be one lady sitting on a bean bag with a laptop, it actually makes sense considering how stable FB is.

I hope they don't share the bedding in those sleep pods without washing them.
