This is explained very well. I didnt realize I was missing the importance of both legs extended and popping over the shoulder instead of hunch back rolling.
I am not a dancer but I like the subject of dance. It is healthy and positive activity. It is my first day to read about you. I think you are an exceptional personality and I like only exceptional personalities. I don't know why? But I think they have more energy than others .
We have this move in our routine , our show isn’t until May but man I’m struggling! As of now my instructor will have me Kneeling in the back row but that’s so hard in my knees , I rather roll with the others! Thank you for this video!
