Dance Floor Work Tricks - Fun & Easy Contemporary Moves!

- Hi loves! Today, Matt and I are coming at you with contemporary dance floor work. We break down 4 floor work tricks and then put them all together in a floor work combo at the end. We start off with an inversion, it's basically a flexibility dance flip to the floor. Next is the Z-Sit Pike Throw which is a fancy dance stretch move. Next is the Chug Knee Spin which is a really fun way to incorporate a dance turn into floor movements. Last is the Shoulder-Up which is more of a contortion type acro move. Then the floor work choreography phrase mashes all of them together into a fun phrase you can do to any kind of music!

Love this! In general, when you say the moves can be modified to any level, is there any way you can sometimes throw in what a beginner, intermediate, and advanced modification might look like? As a beginner, I sometimes struggle picturing what the beginner (well..intermediate and advanced too haha) might look like. Thanks!!
