But one issue that i have is, when i have my arm under my knee and my leg is bend i can’t stretch my leg out, and i keep falling if a try hahaha can someone give me tips on how to stretch your leg while having your arm under the knee? Or is it because i can’t to a leg hold yet?

    I just have one question about turns: This probably won't make much sense, but what part of your foot do you turn on? What I mean is, I know you shouldn't turn only on the big toe side, or the pinky side, but from where should you turn?

    • @laurenwalters224
      @laurenwalters224 4 роки тому

      You turn on releve on the ball of your foot

    • @peppersonironi7366
      @peppersonironi7366 4 роки тому

      I've always been taught to balance in the center of the ball of my foot. It's kind of like fourth position in the way that your weight is in between those two places. I personally have to sickle my foot ever so slightly to get to that point as I naturally balance on my big toe, but it's different for everyone.
      I hope this helps!
