I never speak on UA-cam, but I have to here... I have enjoyed your videos for a long time now. Not only your style, but your value of a dollar. Your taste is wonderful, you have inspired me so much.
Danielle I love how you decorate!!I love all your vignettes!!!Love the one with the little drawers and the one with the round doile!!!!Enjoy your adorable home!😁❤👍
I enjoy watching your videos a lot. I like your style and how you get straight to the point without adorning everything like so many youtubers. But what I most like and congratulate you for is that I think you are the most authentic, genuine person I've seen on UA-cam. Thanks for sharing.
If you get a styrofoam ball, and wrap it in a nice piece of fabric you could put it in your challis and put the hat pins in, that way they stay in place and they look great 👍 the kitchen vignettes look lovely
I think you should go back and get that beige vase. It is beautiful. Some of the items were pricey but I liked the table cloth and the little silver cup for 2.00. Like the way you have decorated your kitchen especially that little lamp.
Did you know, if your old Victorian shoes have a lot of tiny nails in the heals, they are really old. They used nails to protect the heals from wearing out. I’m sorry I don’t know the exact age, only that they were used in the early 1800s. There is a shoe repair shop near where I live and that is what he told me to look for. He gets in victorian shoes every once in a while and sells them to me for $20.00. You may want to check your repair shops, you might get lucky and they will sell them to you pretty cheap.
Hi Danielle and Jackson and Lincoln ❤ very beautiful winter decor I love the ice pond sign too cute always Laura thank you for sharing have a great week
Danielle had fun with you, Thrifting. And I agree with others. Great price on the boots. Yes, I would have gotten them also. Also thought the tablecloth was a grapevine very pretty. Thank you for sharing. Stay warm.
I love the items you picked up! Also, your different vignettes and spaces in your kitchen are so pretty! Thank you again for collaborating with me, sweet friend! ❤️
Lovely! I rented for many years and I know the struggles of decorating. You do a super job. Remember, you'll only regret the things you didn't buy! The antique boots were a great buy!
Love your boot collection ❤. Also for what to style in that silver piece . Maybe some vintage mens combs 🤷🏻♀️ or even vintage hair cream container But as always TFS and inspiring me❤
I have 2 prs. of black Victorian boots so I would have snatched up the brown ones-Love them*sigh* For your goblet, maybe a napkin/lace folded fancy w/a strand of pearls spilling over the side. So many unique items to see, so enjoyable.
The kitchen looks wonderful! Can you glue the knobs in the jewelry box? I love the piece never would have guessed it always a jewelry box, love the wood knobs. ❤
Danielle, Yes I would have paid $27 for the boots, I think that was a great price. Your vignettes all are awesome as always. Love Emily @Gridiron & Grace 💜💜💜
I’ve been yhrifyingvandcantiwuingvgirvyearscsbdvive only seen one pair of those Victorian boots in all that time. They were priced very high. I think around $65 so of course I didn’t purchase them. Can’t believe you’ve found 3 pair! Good for you! I do have a pair of Victorian toddler boots that belonged to a spinster neighbor that we used to buy eggs from when I was little. They are black leather and the top part of the boot is black velvet. I treasure them.
When I watch Thrift with me episodes on channels, I find it so interesting what is selected. You paid $27 for the brown boots, which fit your decor... but $20 for a silver bowl is too much. At least the bowl has more than one uses. It's all in what is important and what resignates to purchase.😊
Haha I couldn’t justify spending $20+ on two items from one store. I definitely prefer the boots to the silver piece so that’s just how I worked it out in my head! Thank you for watching!
$120 for vintage Limoges isn't outrageous, especially if those items were in good condition. Personally, I would have bought that and passed on the used shoes and tchotchkes. The Limoges china has resale value for her ebay store.
I don’t care much for reselling & I can’t imagine I would be able to make anymore with a price tag of $120! lol I much prefer used Victorian boots and tchotchkes!
We sanded it down, but not perfectly! So it had some left over from before and then when I added the stain I went heavier around the edges and different spots!
I love all your decor in your kitchen ♥️ the way you’ve pulled all your groupings together is perfect
I LOVE the wooden box in your kitchen and the winter scene painting is gorgeous!!

Oh thank you!! I’m glad you decided to leave a comment! Thank you for watching! 🤎
I like the original knobs on the little kitchen box. Just glue them in and then they will not get lost. Enjoyed your video.
I love seeing the things you are interested in when you are thrifting. I love all your vignettes!
Thank you so much!

Those limoge dishes are always beautiful if they’re not damaged,..I always look for those…
So glad you got the boots. I was going to suggest that your husband go get them for your birthday!
Haha I beat him to it then! Happy Birthday to me! 😂
Feathers in goblet might be nice
Yes that’s a good idea too! Thank you!

Silver bowls are easier to find than the boots so I understand why she bought them.
@@HomeMadeVintageapologies. You mention your eBay store so I naturally assumed you did care for reselling. My mistake.
How about your sugar spoons in the new silver goblet 😊
I thought about that! Guess I’ll have to collect more! 😇
Hi Danielle. As usual everything is beautiful. How did you age 5he jewelry box with drawers. I have a similar one that needs your finish. Thanks.
We sanded it down, but not perfectly! So it had some left over from before and then when I added the stain I went heavier around the edges and different spots!
💯❤❤❤❤❤
Vintage fountain pens for display?
I was thinking that as well. Some of them are so pretty.
I almost bought that doll but not going to pay that!
I agree that’s way too much!
I am terrified of creepy dolls .
What about them makes them creepy to you? I really wanna know! Haha I am always perplexed by this!
Geez what size foot did that lady have. Its like a 12 or something
How are you feeling? Better?❤
