    I'm gaining muscle mass and also can see changes in my body but still not gaining weight ? Why?

      Recheck tour calories please. Be sure to be in a surplus. Eating more protein and working out can help gain a bit of muscle and increase strength but to gain thickness and increase weight you must stay in a surplus and ofcourse stay patient as results take time

    I only gain weight in stomach chest and thighs.... but not in lower leg and hand

      In hypothyroidism people become obese ... probably you have hyperthyroidism in which one suffers from weight reduction.
