At 8:30, when he talks about moving the beds back up top, he now has 80 beds instead of 40 and he doesn't show or explain at all how he is fitting 80 beds where he used to have 40. This is the most important stage in this process, and it's cut out of the video. After I finished breeding villagers below the farm, the center of the village somehow moved down there and golems started spawning in my trading hall. When I broke the beds and "moved them back up top" the iron farm never fixed itself. Lots of the beds and villagers have thunder clouds over them because they are failing to link up and I have no idea why. Obviously the villagers are more than four blocks vertically from where the beds are being placed. For me, this causes them not to link and breaks the iron farm. No idea why this isn't an issue for prowl, why he doesn't show or explain moving the beds, or how I can fix this. I've wasted countless hours trying to replicate this at this point. I'm now probably going to abandon my multiplayer realm and this game all together because I feel so defeated.
Look at 2:12. His beds and his trapped village leader are above the water area. He leaves the trapped leader and one bed there and moves the others down to "anchor" the village. Only the leader has to be within the 3 block level of the village center bed and pillow. Your leader and center bed has changed and you need to reset and anchor the village center in the middle of your golem catch water area.
@@Heisenberg55 This part was clear, but as I wrote and as @danvigneau wrote, it is not clear how he disposes of the 80 beds in the end. I guess it brings them back up. But how does he position them? Create two levels of 40 beds?

Alternatively, if you place the sticky piston facing the block it will reset with each click of the lever, meaning only one click with a fast response time. Only saves a second or two, but when you're re-rolling 80 villagers potentially up to half an hour each for some of these librarian trades, those seconds add up. Man do I hate setting up these things, but boy do I love to benefit from them!
Nice video mate. As a refugee from Java, it's good to see at least this is basically the same; villager trading that is. I'm guessing zombification is coming next. On Java I'd zombify/cure first in a central area of the trade hall then move them in. That way max discounts when levelling them. Is that possible in Bedrock? Or it has to be done post locking the trades? Really enjoying the series, so much is just enough different to Java that it's been well worth the watch. Why did I move? Zero-tick machines....
I love this trading hall and iron farm. It is a must have. I have become obsessed with making more and more of these in my world. All around zombie spawners. I don't like curing villagers that I have already traded with it sometimes messes up the trade.
I'm at 30 right now, but planning on setting up separate halls based on needs. The one I'm working on now is for stone masons for quartz and other blocks. Trading halls are definitely OP.

I have 2 trading halls in different locations in my world, because I'm a glutton for making zombie spawner trading halls. I'm definitely updating my iron farm to take advantage of more spawning spots. I like the build, very much.
I love the idea of an 80-villager trading hall. Here's your one stop shopping center! What do you think is the max number of villagers for a trading hall? Go big or go home!
It's not really worth having more than 80 unless you want an excessive number of a specific profession. That being said, I've seen one with 296, but it was a mess and a pain to use
I did one with 100, but I severely over estimated how many of them would actually see use. Like the armorers... I could have gotten away with two. Same with the tool and weapon smiths. I never even used the farmers because I got so many emeralds from iron and gold trades and had so many carrots and gold from other farms I just made my own golden carrots because it was honestly faster. I had fun with a lot of the Shepherds because I had a vertical sheep farm and very few other avenues to dump my wool. I never got around to discounting the villagers. There's still a zombie that lives in a boat named Bobert right in the middle of the trading hall. I was trying to figure out a redstone rail system to make infection and curing easier but it just made a mess and ruined the aesthetic of my build. I think I would like to build Prowl's Iron Tower in one of my playthroughs, but setting up nether transport for villagers and a staging zone over a hundred blocks away seems like a fine recipe to kill any semblance of fun I may have had while entertaining the thought.
I normally just flip the lever once, IF I get the trades I want and the table is in the wrong place I will just lock the trade, break the table and put it in place.

Hey Prowl, I have always enjoyed your content. I did run into something that I don't think you have explained yet or ran into. While doing the "Zombification and healing" if you happen to already have locked in your trades (as you have to when doing this process) and while sed villager who is now zombified and you break the profession block and the zombified villager catches it and you heal him... he will reset his trades....lol this was frustrating to me because I didn't mean to break the profession block, but it happened and I had to redo his trades and lock him back in then redo the zombification again.
I was wondering about this as well. My guess is that he placed all the beds, then knocked out the blocks underneath and placed placed blocks one layer lower, placed those beds down and then removed the blocks again.
Hi, watching this video I didn't understand how you arranged the 80 beds. In the beginning you made a platform for 40 beds. then you no longer showed how, in the end you put the beds. Did you make two floors of 40 beds on top of each other? Thank you
40 is more than enough for me to get all I need, proper books, bookshelf to book trades, 1:1 carrots and potatoes with the golden carrit trade, 2 each of the smiths with 1:1 iron trade and some other stuff. I remember having 4 zombies as well trapped in each corner of my 1.16 world iron farm/trading hall. 😂
You don’t have to move the librarians workstation back and forth, just move it once to roll their trades. When I set up a trading hall I roll 16 trades at a time (it makes it much easier to find trades you want) and lock in the ones I want to keep. My trading hall starts with unlocked fisherman and I break their workstations as needed. When you are done break the lectures, place the lecterns and barrels (for the leftover fisherman) were you like and let them sort themselves out.
I tried the bedrock tweaks once without any luck luck, I may have to give it another go. Even with that pack imagine rolling 16 librarians at a time, you’ll be fully loaded with enchanted books in no time!
Great series, a lot of fun to watch (earlier series too!) I’ve always kept my trading hall, iron farm and villager breeder 100 blocks apart, I may try combining them In my next world. For the librarians, roll 16 at a time with 16 lecterns with 16 sticky pistons and lever. The lectern does not need to be right in front of the villager. Lock in the trades you like, roll the rest add more villagers as needed. All my villagers are unlocked fisherman (trading hall only). Add more villagers to roll, fisherman as needed. As for the trading hall, it’s two stories with 38 villagers (I’ve never used them all) 8 clerics for trading rotten flesh, gold and getting emeralds, ender pearls and bottles of enchanting. Armorers, weapon smiths, tools smiths to make a full set of Diamond gear. All the librarians (except crossbow and fishing enchants). 4 Librarians to trade and get books/bookcases. 12 stone masons to trade stone for emeralds and get terracotta, quartz blocks. I don’t bother with farmers, by this time I have more beef then I could ever need. Or the rest for of villagers for that matter. Infinity bows rule! Especially in early game when arrows are hard to come by. They’re easy to repair and I’ve never used mote than 4 infinity bows in any world.

is there any way to get the trader ui for books to show on ps4? im trying to get a mending villager but not being able to see the trades beforehand is really making it nearly impossible to actually get mending without massacring every villager who doesnt have it then breeding more. any help would be appreciated immensely.
Yes and no. You'd have to make sure all caves around the farm are spawn-proofed with slabs or leaf blocks, or else the golems may spawn outside the kill chamber. The farm will stop working once there are too many golems in the wall. It's a bit more work, but definitely worth it if you don't want a big, chunky building.
I am trying to build a iron +trading hall in my village . If i destroy all my bed that naturally spawned , will it work. Or it has to be 100 block away
Yes, if you pick up all the beds and work stations, you can create the iron farm in an existing village. I do this when I don't feel like moving villagers to my starter base.
The water is to prevent them from pathfinding, which can cause significant lag on e.g. mobile devices. If your machine can take the amount of villagers you've got wandering around, you're good without water.

Bedrock Iron Farm/Trading Hall Help I created an iron farm with the intention of creating a trading hall underneath it. I was able to get the iron farm going without issue. I had 40 beds just below the farm platform, with a nitwit blocked in near the beds. After I built out the trading hall area below the beds, I moved 39 of the beds down into that area (leaving one pretty close to the blocked in nitwit) +26 new beds to breed up to 66 villagers. Doing so broke the iron farm because iron golems began spawning in the trading hall. I am not sure how or why the game decided that the center of the village had moved. Now for the life of me I can't figure out how to get the iron farm working again. I have no problem killing off the golems but I CANNOT figure out the correct sequence of bed moving required to fix my iron farm. At the end of the day, I have an iron farm platform, 66 villagers (one being a nitwit blocked in just below the platform), 66 beds, and 65 profession blocks. How do I get my iron golems to spawn in the farm again at this point? I want the 65 regular villagers and their profession blocks to stay in the trading hall. And I want 66 beds and the nitwit to be in a location that allows the iron farm to continue working. The most important part of this process is moving the beds down and back up, and it's like the only things you don't show or explain....

I prefer minecarts and rails to move the villagers. Yes it requieres some iron to begin, but it's safer for the villagers (less accidental deaths), makes it easier to move them through different heights and it's way less stressful.
using that pack is easier than stopping every time you reroll their trades, making a creative copy and learning what they have that way
The Nitwit went off to work with a traveling circus, right?
Right?
🥺
Great video with great info, as always.
It’s harder to do this on a Switch/PS on finding your books. I have to level them up and kill them if I don’t get what I need.
Oh my god this entire time I didn't know bedrock had vanilla tweaks but for bedrock version TY
I heard you say something about an " add-on "..... I use alot of yur designs on ps4... I don't think I can get those things...any suggestions for ps4 ???😊
When I don't have sticky pistons yet, I just use two opposing regular pistons to move the lectern back and forth.
Am I the only one who lost half of my traders because they blew themselves up with fireworks after a raid? I assume having the roof over them caused this but am still testing.
How have i never used a piston to re roll been playing for years now I feel silly lol another great video keep at it
I normally make my trading halls 40 to 60 but I start off with the 20 to make the iron farm work good
I always struggle with the villagers keeping there trades like soon as I want to change another villager will connect to it which is annoying
Also, it looks like I misheard when I thought you said you were gonna tear it down. Phew
Is the “See Villager Trades” add-on available for download for consoles (PS4) Bedrock Edition as well? The one time I looked up the website, it required me to enter my cc info for a “free” download, and I didn’t trust it…
Other thing eith button is the villager relinks just before it moves so u wait even longer
Before I lost my last world, I was building a “Costco” trading hall. When finished it was supposed to have room for 240 villagers!
not sure if i missed it or not but you said you plan to have 80 villagers in here. how are you going to set up the beds so the village center doesn't shift?
Check previous episode! He did it in the iron farm vid :)
@@BlckMoonstone_ can you specify when I've been reviewing the video many times but he only said that for now he will place 40 beds and thats what i heard an saw
@@earlborja7952 Oh you guys are right my bad! He did only place 40 in the last episode! For the 80, there is indeed no footage in this video, but if you check the livestream 7 (HUGE Trading hall) you can see he just places the 40 more beds just on top of the 40 previous ones (if you check the stream you see it around 50min)!
@@BlckMoonstone_ thankkk youuu veryyy muchh for your quick response i was working this out in creative and thought to put the 40 beds on top of the existing beds but not sure how so i tried testing on creative now that you replied on my comment it would save me so much time than doing trial and error thank you so muchh
@@earlborja7952 glad I could help 🥰
Question. With the " see trades " pack. Can I download it to my phone then log into my world ( which is console ) then access that pack with my console player or would it be strictly limited to only my mobile account?
Love the look of this hall, but what about zombification for cheaper prices? I'm having issues with my traders restocking at the moment.
Ignore me, I've just seen you have a second episode. haha
How is he keeping the iron golem farm so high? Did he replace the beds like right below it? And does the one villager up there keep the golems spawning?
how is his iron farm still work with that much villagers but mine is produce no more iron golems anymore😢? give me tips because I follow almost every steps in this video
does villager need bed to reset their trade?
My villager wont link to the job block I give them but some different villager will link to it and then it is unable to access it and the 75% villagers must have worked condition is not being satisfied. Help me. It is happening for all the villagers.
Are you going to show how to do raid farms?
is there any way to get the trader ui for books to show on ps4? im trying to get a mending villager but not being able to see the trades beforehand is really making it nearly impossible to actually get mending without massacring every villager who doesnt have it then breeding more. any help would be appreciated immensely.
When I'm moving my villagers with the boat and leash my leash breaks when I try to move them up a block. 🤔 Am I doing something wrong?
Is there a way to get the add on pack for PlayStation/Xbox?
MY iron golems are spawniing down where the villagers are now they werent but now are can you help i dont see anything in the video about this
I still prefer to use the minecart is less caotic. But is always good to have new methods in mind.
My villagers are changeing their trade arter i get them behind the work stadion, how do i get them back, this is just a huge mess😔
3:12 we got lots of babies cooking now 😐😬
I got my world in a flower valley with snow mountains around it. my question is can I build this type of Iron Farm inside the mountain ?
Absolutely love the resource pack Thank you.
Let's GOOOOOOO
ah yes, i love Minecra XD anyway great video, hope you're doing well
Leggings not boots! 21:56
Boots'n'pants'n'boots'n'pants'n'boots'n'pants'n'boots'n'pants
Did you move all 80 beds up top, or just the 40?
Did he place all the beds or just the old 40 beds?
what did you do with the other 40 beds
Can i have the length and width of your trading hall ?
Does one need to chunk align trading halls still?
Did you put 80 beds up top or 40?
7:00 you could just steal a brewing stand from a village
I need 7 of them though... and thats a lot of traveling... we will be going back to the nether soon enough :p
Anyone gather the dimensions of the Hall by chance? Trying to line it up with a spawner I found but can't seem to get the dimensions right
I am trying to build a iron +trading hall in my village . If i destroy all my bed that naturally spawned , will it work. Or it has to be 100 block away
Yes, if you pick up all the beds and work stations, you can create the iron farm in an existing village. I do this when I don't feel like moving villagers to my starter base.
Just curious, is there a reason the villagers don't need to be in water for this design?
The water is to prevent them from pathfinding, which can cause significant lag on e.g. mobile devices. If your machine can take the amount of villagers you've got wandering around, you're good without water.
I play on the newest Fire tablet, v11. Every time I try a resource/add-on pack my game crashes and I lose all my worlds. I would love to try the suggested resource pack to see trades. Is anyone else on Fire and it works for them?
Hi prowl, i love the content but unfortunately am a very busy person. i would love if you kept some of the stream stuff in for example the terraforming i’d love to see the steps you go through. Could you maybe add these bits in maybe in a time lapse or just stop doing so much on stream. I feel like i’m missing half the content
im on mcpe and i tried getting the trading helper and it fails to install and it says "unknown pack name pack ID: unknown pack ID pack version: unknown pack version"
Prowl if you flick the piston the sign will break.
am i able to get the trading helper on xbox?
What is the diameter of the trading hall
THANK YOU!!!!!
dose it have to be 80 or can it be any amount
Niceone thanks Prowl

Which tipped arrows did you find you need?
I wish we had see trade for console. I spent 8 hours looking for one enchant
Bedrock Iron Farm/Trading Hall Help
I created an iron farm with the intention of creating a trading hall underneath it.
I have the same problem. Did you ever fix it? If so how?
@@cornhuskerRx I just made my trading hall completely separate from my iron farm. Would not recommend trying to put them together
WE NEED A WOOD FARM plsss.. there is every farm tutorial. But wood farm? All are manual or too complicated.
Plssss
Java isn't much different when trying to separate them like this. Villagers in java like to stand on their profession block too.
someone doesnt want to feel left out lol
@@Oliverqueen It's ok if you don't want to feel left out. I'm sure nobody will shame you for it.
Does that mean they do not need beds
