Since St. Andrews State park in Panama City Beach didn't show up on this list, I'm guessing you haven't been there. It took a couple of direct hits by hurricanes in the past few years, but it's one of the most beautiful parks we've encountered in all of Florida. The beach is amazing, and the campground has quite a few really nice sites right on the bay. Part of the park is closed for repairs/renovations, but when it's all back opened again, you should definitely take a trip there. We come down from Ohio to camp in different parts of Florida whenever we can and we can't believe a park this nice costs less than $25 a night. Come to think of it, don't go there and do a video. It's already hard enough to book a site!
LOL right! Keep it a secret!!! It’s getting nearly impossible to book sites now a days! The state park on Saint George Island is awesome to up in the panhandle!!! We keep wanting to try Florida Florida caverns state park but it’s still not open from the hurricane. 🙁

Hotels are nice to when you just want to visit a town or attraction and sometimes we even do that. But we just love the whole RV lifestyle. Hope that helps. 😊
AlliChuck Adventures thanks. Do you find it costs less overall for an RV vs hotel? Also, I don’t really have a good option of storage for an RV when not in use. That’s a bummer too.
No I would not say it is cheaper. Some RV parks can run well over $50 per night. That’s just kind of on average. Like where we are now in the keys it would be over $100. Unless you get state parks. Which is what we prefer. Those are usually around $25 a night and here in the Keys about $50
If you want to stay at a Cracker Barrel or any of the businesses that allow free overnight parking do you have to call in advance to get permission? Or do you just park and hope they don’t ask you to leave?
Usually on the Allstays App there will be reviews that people have written about that. I think we've only ever called once and once I emailed the manager of a Bass Pro before we left on our trip knowing that was where we would want to stop roughly.
Problem with all State parks in Florida is they book up quickly. Many of them you have to book 12 months out to get a spot. Definitely some of the best places to camp in Florida and inexpensive but a pain to book.
Yup and getting harder to get spots nowadays. We do love them though! Always a good idea to check the week of your planned trip as many cancel last minute.

Have you ever been to Topsail?
No we haven’t? Is it good?
@@AlliChuckAdventures It’s very nice. Beautiful
Awesome! We will add that to the list. Is it in the panhandle?
Yes Santa Rosa
Content was good, but the number of ads being run 😮
Problem with all State parks in Florida is they book up quickly. Many of them you have to book 12 months out to get a spot. Definitely some of the best places to camp in Florida and inexpensive but a pain to book.
Yup and getting harder to get spots nowadays. We do love them though! Always a good idea to check the week of your planned trip as many cancel last minute.
Wondering labs?

She didn’t seem too enthused about getting proposed too lol
Well she knew it was coming. She picked out the ring. Just she didn’t know when on that trip I was gonna do it lol
@@AlliChuckAdventures 😂 Well that works lol

Walk Up Florida State Parks... Is there a best time of day to get a walk up site?
Early as you can. We’ve had luck as later as noon.
Fort Desoto is a Pinellas County park, not a state park.
Oh... did not know that. I always just thought it was a state park. Love that place though!!!
Good vid. More Alli and less Chuck in the future. She's super hot.
I couldn’t agree more!!!! 😁
Key West blows. Thank me latet. I can list 5 sites that are better Any UA-camr that recommends key west as a Destination for culture and nature are Phonies
Well ok then. Your opinion. We still love it and the history of it. 😁
Best choice would be to stay away from Florida.
Haha
