I absolutely was "THE REAL ONE." Its been a year of no contact. She's been blocked on every number, no social media, ect. And just when I think she's gone, there's another attempt.

I did everything for my ex. that was a Narc! What’s hurtful the most, her daughter and I had an amazing relationship! I raised her from 7yrs old to 11yrs old. I didn’t know what a narcissist was, but after finding out what it was, everything started to make sense to me in our relationship. She blamed me for everything, and never took accountability for anything. She projected all her insecurities, trust issues, etc on me...She was cheating the whole time. But the more and more I watch these videos it helps! ✊🏾
They be having anger problems too... breaking dishes, putting holes in the walls, breaking doors. Do better. It will never work. It feels like you're in a relationship with more than 1 complicated person all in one house.
This is so real, seriously. I think the main issue is narcissists have deep seated insecurity and self worth issues. And it’s to the point where they need CONSTANT attention, even when they get enough in the relationship. To them that’s not enough. This is why when I get to know a person I ask about their childhood. Usually the narc was severely neglected as a child, abandoned, felt dejected or like the black sheep, and was discarded by one of their parents or both. So most times they’re just projecting that emptiness, loneliness, and lack of self worth they feel inside onto others. They would rather make you feel worthless. They think by trying to make you feel less than it makes you easier to control.
My ex narcissist entered into our relationship with the attitude that I was just going to leave him eventually. He said "they all leave". Duh, same shit different day and no accountability for the conflicts they help cause. Insanity!
Absolutely spot on!! My gf is a narc and her mom discarded and abandoned her at an early age for a drug habit and all of her childhood trauma added insecurities and trust issues. There’s so many times she spazzed out on me but Ik where it came from…I did everything for her and it was never enough. 2 months of NC and she’s spiraling outta control, drinking and jumping from woman to woman. It’s really sad, but I don’t feel sorry for her because I was the realest of the real!! Always went out of my way, serving, being there emotionally, genuinely loving…and I got discarded just as her mom did to her.
I think the assumption they were usually neglected in their childhood is a generalization. For example, I had a wife who was the favorite child. The apple of her parents eye. She dumped and discarded me. There were a variety of factors. She wasn't getting money out of me anymore. She had an online boyfriend. She didn't like where we lived. I definitely do think she had an inflated sense of self-worth so maybe she was a narcissist in that sense. She used to say she would easily get another man if she walked out on me and I would regret losing her. I always thought she just said things like that when she was upset. I realize in hindsight she was already thinking about it, weighing her options with me and her online boyfriend.
I did too! She returned it with jealousy of my kids, disrespect, contempt, unappreciation, cold shoulders, devaluing, sweet/mean cycling, the smirk, and rages. now I’m gone from her life. No contact, and I’ll bet she’s pissed for the no contact!
Amen! I was there for him through one of his toughest time. I was there for his mom and family. I was there for his family and friends. I'm so happy I got the courage to leave. It's 2 months now. Wow it doesn't feel like it. I will never forgive him the way he treated me. I will never go back. Karma will get him 10 fold.

Idk why. Because they already know from the previous umpteenth relationships their family members parade in front of them. Narcissist family members are usually as messy or more messy than the narc. Yessss babe when I left that specimen I left everything behind with him, and then I remembered God said daughter what you leave behind I will provide triple fold. When I moved in my New apartment I had my cloths, a twin air mattress and a 13’ tv but the Lord provided everything and more!!! I have a peace of mind, my soul rejoices again, my bond with family and friends got and are getting stronger cause nobody wanted to be around because of his crazy drama and my apartment is fully done all with brand new stuff. I left my narcissist 5 months ago. He bought me a 5 carrot diamond ring and proposed to me. When I caught him cheating 2weeks before my wedding day, it was uncovered that he had been cheating with a married woman the entire relationship we were together. When I called him out, he asked for his ring back and tried to get the jeweler to take it back when I bought it in for cleaning. 🙄 He’s been no contact every since but tries to keep contact with my mother. He had three women pregnant when I was pregnant. My child and I were followed home by the husband of one of these women for three weeks straight, looking for him. He has a 5 yr old that he don’t take care of. All of this was uncovered two weeks before our wedding. He took me through the ringer. I want him to come back just so that I can curse him out. I don’t want him back. I’m glad I got out before marrying him.

I never realized I had a narcissist until I actually found this channel! I actually had one. He could never take responsibility of his own actions always blamed everyone for his actions. I’m still healing but I will never make that mistake again!
Spot on: she never had to work while with me, she had 2 maids, she never made a meal, she never had to do laundry, she had a brand new car, everything was handed to her on a gold platter, she was given over 100k in fine jewery, she lost it all for cheating. She is now a manicurist with her new supply... LOL
There is definitely a REAL ONE. My ex-narc begged me to allow him on my social media pages, and he just got the new supply pregnant. I told him no, and he was like, “ how you gonna know when you need to become a stepmom.” Just wicked. The new supply is sooo in love with him- she got pregnant three months after meeting him. I told him to be a good man and father…and he keeps ask to do sexual favors to me. Ugggh. Disgusting 🤢 No more birds 🐦 ducks or 🐸 frogs.
25 yrs, 2 children, his dream business that I ground pounded for with minimal help from him, and I took care of his momma/my momma for 11 yrs before her sickness became too much, and I left it all and handed it to him without the discord. I was the “ real one” Jesus rescued me right before the devaluation phase. Now, he is checking on me on Instagram and likes my posts and write comments. Then DMs me. I try to be kind and clear that we cannot have anything in the future because I want to honor Jesus in our relationship. I believe his demons get afraid of my relationship I have with the Lord Jesus.
My ex narc was a friend and she knew I was grade A supply. Once I found out the world's biggest secret, I played her to the max. I would always compliment her, I would ask her for advice, I would invite her out weekly, and I would even future fake. Then out of nowhere, I just vanished! I mean Harry Houdini style. It's been 3 yrs now and she still leaves voicemails every couple months. I messed her up proper. Oh well, better her than me. Game over...I win she loses

I suffered from narcissists in my family, served my family, helped raise children, cooked, cleaned, worked, loved, you name it for my family. When God showed me the narcs with demons in them, two that always were around me, I realized, these things were hanging up on me, two at once, taking my life force. I knew then, that the devil was trying to stop my growth, and had to double up on me to do it. I strongly suggest going no contact. Gray rock really isn't enough for healing. You need peace, and that comes when you do that. I spoke to children I love on both sides, gave them warnings to have their eyes open. But I know God will show them like He showed me. Like a tornado 🌪️ the centre is full of nothing. Twisting and turning through the never. Picking up everything in its path of destruction. Mine referred to himself as having " latched on" and feeling like a " tick" (blood sucking parasite) when he overheard me telling my psychologist I had just paid another fortnight of his food bills. Just one month in and I am out, my lack of supply will se him homeless, hungry , hurting and dying for more. I am addicted to him but know he is not good for me so shall withdrawal in silent contemplation of why I feel less than worthy of the best. my ex of 9 years is and was a narcissist and I learned a lot from getting out of that toxic relationship . It also taught me what a narc is and what to look out for.. I started dating someone new and we only lasted a 1 year and half because I started seeing red flags and started calling her out on her narcissistic ways and since she knew that she wasn't gonna be able to control me and manipulate me she gave me the silent treatment for 2 weeks and that's when I said yup that's what a narcissist does. I gave her the silent treatment in return and I packed my belongings and said peace out!!! The REAL ONE kept it real and walked the hell outta the ex narcissist life... 😁😁😂🤣🙏🙏

I remember a few weeks ago when I went back to my old city to visit some of my baby's other side of the family and he was there... He couldn't even look me in the eye at first. He doesn't want relationship, but I know for a fact that the new person did not compare and he could not get himself to admit he was wrong. That person is very wrong. Little did I realize that he was a toxic Narcissist at the time. Once he had put me an Empath through the ringer with all the different stages of his insane behaviors of Narcissistic abuse, did I come to realize what a sick twisted personality he truly was! This is so real, seriously. I think the main issue is narcissists have deep seated insecurity and self worth issues. And it’s to the point where they need CONSTANT attention, even when they get enough in the relationship. To them that’s not enough. This is why when I get to know a person I ask about their childhood. Usually the narc was severely neglected as a child, abandoned, felt dejected or like the black sheep, and was discarded by one of their parents or both. So most times they’re just projecting that emptiness, loneliness, and lack of self worth they feel inside onto others. They would rather make you feel worthless. They think by trying to make you feel less than it makes you easier to control.
A black sheep or scapegoat is not a NARCISSIST ...

Absolutely spot on!! My gf is a narc and her mom discarded and abandoned her at an early age for a drug habit and all of her childhood trauma added insecurities and trust issues. There’s so many times she spazzed out on me but Ik where it came from…I did everything for her and it was never enough. 2 months of NC and she’s spiraling outta control, drinking and jumping from woman to woman. It’s really sad, but I don’t feel sorry for her because I was the realest of the real!! Always went out of my way, serving, being there emotionally, genuinely loving…and I got discarded just as her mom did to her.
I think the assumption they were usually neglected in their childhood is a generalization. For example, I had a wife who was the favorite child. The apple of her parents eye. She dumped and discarded me. There were a variety of factors. She wasn't getting money out of me anymore. She had an online boyfriend. She didn't like where we lived. I definitely do think she had an inflated sense of self-worth so maybe she was a narcissist in that sense. She used to say she would easily get another man if she walked out on me and I would regret losing her. I always thought she just said things like that when she was upset. I realize in hindsight she was already thinking about it, weighing her options with me and her online boyfriend.
I loved my narcissist...he was treated like the most loved man on the earth. I did everything in my power to love and nurture him.

When I moved in my New apartment I had my cloths, a twin air mattress and a 13’ tv but the Lord provided everything and more!!! I left my narcissist 5 months ago. He bought me a 5 carrot diamond ring and proposed to me. When I caught him cheating 2weeks before my wedding day, it was uncovered that he had been cheating with a married woman the entire relationship we were together. When I called him out, he asked for his ring back and tried to get the jeweler to take it back when I bought it in for cleaning. 🙄
He’s been no contact every since but tries to keep contact with my mother. He had three women pregnant when I was pregnant. My child and I were followed home by the husband of one of these women for three weeks straight, looking for him. He has a 5 yr old that he don’t take care of. All of this was uncovered two weeks before our wedding. He took me through the ringer. I want him to come back just so that I can curse him out. I don’t want him back. I’m glad I got out before marrying him.

I suffered from narcissists in my family, served my family, helped raise children, cooked, cleaned, worked, loved, you name it for my family. When God showed me the narcs with demons in them, two that always were around me, I realized, these things were hanging up on me, two at once, taking my life force. I knew then, that the devil was trying to stop my growth, and had to double up on me to do it. I strongly suggest going no contact. Gray rock really isn't enough for healing. You need peace, and that comes when you do that. I spoke to children I love on both sides, gave them warnings to have their eyes open. But I know God will show them like He showed me. He will protect His flock. No contact people, no contact. Telsha, you are such a beauty, my sister. Love you and thank you for helping us heal. Love to you. Also, for the tribe, after I went no contact, alot of bullying, stalking etc, started happening around me. Like a tornado 🌪️ the centre is full of nothing. Twisting and turning through the never. Picking up everything in its path of destruction. Mine referred to himself as having " latched on" and feeling like a " tick" (blood sucking parasite) when he overheard me telling my psychologist I had just paid another fortnight of his food bills. Just one month in and I am out, my lack of supply will se him homeless, hungry , hurting and dying for more. I am addicted to him but know he is not good for me so shall withdrawal in silent contemplation of why I feel less than worthy of the best. I started dating someone new and we only lasted a 1 year and half because I started seeing red flags and started calling her out on her narcissistic ways and since she knew that she wasn't gonna be able to control me and manipulate me she gave me the silent treatment for 2 weeks and that's when I said yup that's what a narcissist does. I remember a few weeks ago when I went back to my old city to visit some of my baby's other side of the family and he was there... He couldn't even look me in the eye at first. He doesn't want relationship, but I know for a fact that the new person did not compare and he could not get himself to admit he was wrong. That person is very wrong. Oh hell yes! I was Number 1 grade A Supply. I was in his life off and on for 45 years. He even told me that after his wife passed that I was always plan # B!! Little did I realize that he was a toxic Narcissist at the time. Once he had put me an Empath through the ringer with all the different stages of his insane behaviors of Narcissistic abuse, did I come to realize what a sick twisted personality he truly was! I am now NO CONTACT! I am a PLAN A Girl ! He cannot let go sadly because I AM his Grade A Supply, unlike his third party he just dumped!
