12 years and done. Left my kid's dad/narcissistic ex last week. In and out of prison, cheating on me multiple times and I was a dumb btch for forever. He would torture me if I tried to move on. Damage my car, use revenge porn, try to get me fired and I took him back EVERYTIME. Thank God I found the good in goodbye.

I'm 6 weeks no contact from my malignant narc, took 7 years to break free. Part of that time, I was afraid to leave. He loved feeding off my weakness and sadness. He loved feeling in control. I took my control back.

I put an EPO against my narc ex. I shut it down as soon as I could. It was a battle within myself to do it bc I loved him but once I realized the man I loved was NOT the man I loved, I'm 2 years and 7 months away from him and he still tries to come after me with his lawyer for money of my house or his rumors, talking to ex friends I no longer associate with bc of him, etc. I am happier now than I've ever been. And imma keep growing. Educating myself about narcs saved my life.
I am grateful to have found this channel. So, thanks so much! I am one of the few ones that escaped with life, early into a "relationship " with a narcisist. I was in a relationship with him but he was not really with me. He was out there looking for attention; emotionally absent and busy, looking for his next victim and supply. We lived together for two months and in his first escapade, I gathered all of his thing, including groceries and packed them beautifully and told him to come pick them up. No second chance, no talk, no opportunity for him to try to convince me to take him back. He came home at a time he knew I was gonna be there. The Universe so orchestrated it that I was late that day and when I was getting home, saw his car and did a U turn; no break to try to get me back! Blocked him in every possible and thinkable way. No way back!!! There's NOTHING to talk about, fix or amend (not that I expected any of the above). No second chance. No more room for one more single lie. Him staying in this country depended 100% on me. Well, I guess he's not staying after all. He underestimated me. I gave him no chance to keep using me. I cut him cold turkey and uprooted him from my life. I am mature enough that I am not mad at him. I have no regrets, though. I am grateful he came into my life so I could finally stop the pattern of attracting psichopaths. I love him but love myself MORE and I am my first choice. Please, DO NOT LET a narcisist take over your life. RECLAIM your life and ascend. It is the time to get in touch with whom you really are and learn to LOVE yourself first. The relationship with yourself is the most important relationship you'll ever have. Do Not compromise your wellbeing for someone that's only gonna USE and ABUSE you. Let's LOVINGLY cut this plage of abuse. WAKE UP brothers and sisters. I told this narc; " I deserve better than this" and I meant it. If I did it, so CAN you. I am one of the few ones that made it on time and alive. So can you! Run and run fast, if you can. If not design a plan. You won't regret it! I made a list of all the things he did to humilliate, undermine and belittle me. I read it every time I think I miss him. Addition to pain is a terrible thing. Your thoughts cause reactions in your brain that causes reactions in your emotions and thus, in your body and you become addicted to that RUSH but you can stop it. I takes time, effort and a lot of energy but you are not obligated to suffer. I know it is easier said than done but it's doable. Trust me. I remind myself that I felt in love with the potential I thought he had. I remind myself I felt in love with the potential I thought the relationship had. I was not in a REAL relationship, though. He contributed NOTHING to my life; just the opportunity to FINALLY awake and continue with the journey of loving and accepting myself UNCONDITIONALLY. Peace.

Replace the damaged internal thoughts and feelings (lies/deception) with the truth of who you authentically are bc you were groomed to FORGET!

Mine keeps trying to contact me. Cut him off after he thought he could just take off for a week on a backpacking trip without telling me and i freaked out bc I thought the worst. This jerk must’ve relished in how upset i got. But i was DONE and when i learned he was ok I cut him off 100. Twisted. Ugh. Hes tried me a few ways (email,text, WhatsApp) but this week he went above and beyond and texted me to wish me a ‘happy birthday’ but couldn’t remember what day it was. Lol I cant. The Narcissist couldn’t be bothered to celebrate my bday for 5 years. Ohhhh heck no. He has plenty of supply (he is fine thats the truth) but i refuse to ever talk to him ever again. Sometimes I wonder if it’s not as a simple demonic possession or infestation that we might think it is; such a demon just chillin inside someone all their lives making things miserable for anyone in the persons life
Perhaps it’s more like a bartered deal between the person and a demon at an earlier time in the persons age whereby the demon initially confronts the individual at some point for some specific reason and agrees to enable or empower the person in various ways that might make the person financially successful or have greater intelligence or some actual material gain in their lives in return for the demon to have rights to the persons soul upon their eventual death inevitably given to the prince of darkness Satan
Most times we understand people can and do “sell their souls to the devil” in return for earthly gain but perhaps his entire demonic kingdom of evil entities are bartering the exact same transactions
This could make perfect sense since we already know that Satan (unlike The Heavenly Father) is not omnipotent nor omnipresent and cannot be in more than one place at a time and so he needs his goons on the field carrying out his plans in that way
I still pray for my ex though. I will always pray until I hear otherwise I’m my spirit. Most won’t come out if it, though. But I still pray - not to be with the person, but for their own freedom from that spirit tearing up their body and tormenting them. It’s real - it’s incredible to even “see” it. We would get fruit and everything would go bad, things had a heavy, dark energy when together - totally different from any other experience I have known EXCEPT the familiar spirit I had in the former relationship (this was my 2nd). And idk but at this point: Just Give Me Jesus🕊🌿 There is nothing sweeter and more powerful. Literally. Choose Peace & Joy and let them be your legs in this world!!

This is helping me so much I've gone through I have endured so much and finally bust a move I blocked him on everything and changed my social media name and grabbed my children and actually moved into a whole apartment with my 5 sons by myself and while he was mistreating me I was busy taking him off everything and planning my move

You are so right !!! I haven't been on his social media or anything of the such. The flying money's saw a ring on my finger and reported back to him that I was engaged, when it was actually a ring that my mother left me. To make a long story short. I may end up moving and or getting a restraining order because he has decided that after seeing me with a man that was the electrician that it must be true about me being engaged so he wants to move in my neighborhood now. I went full no contact and have no desire to go backwards. This isn't my first rodeo but I can honestly say that it is my last. I have never had one that wanted to move next door to me. This is next level craziness.

Mine does not have new supply yet (at least not that the monster is making public online) because I caught *it* totally off-guard when I finally got up and walked after many years. The backup that was almost certainly being groomed in case of my exit or removal was most likely not "fully cooked." and ready to roll. It has been almost 3 months of no contact now and no hoover as yet. We don't live close enough to each other for drive-bys or face-to-face run-ins, thank God. Since I was the primary source and Grade A supply, I am guessing that the upcoming holidays may bring on a fishing expedition. If it does, then I am feeling strong (thanks to your videos and those of a select few other channels here that I trust) and I am ready to either ignore it entirely or to gray rock it.

How disturbing that they have quite so much time on their hands to obsess about what another person is/isn’t doing. From a psychological standpoint narcissistic abuse, racially aggravated crime and misogyny interlink.
Realistically the only way to deal with this type of misconduct is through litigation. Defamation, smear campaigns designed to cause reputational/professional injury; threats of violence, coercion and cyber stalking is no laughing matter. Whether on a micro or macro scale, litigation is best - even though they often genuinely believe that they are above international criminal law but you need to have the patience to establish a clear pattern of abuse in order to build a robust case.
