I'm disabled, so I totally get it. You're allowed to take breaks for as long as you want. Just share with us what you want to -- If one episode isn't for me, that's ok, and I'll catch your next one.
It's so great to see you back, Bec! I love the "jumper" (or the "sweater" as we call them here in the United States). 😀
The books you choose to read always sound so interesting and your reviews are always so thoughtful and well done. I also appreciate how calm and relaxing your videos are.
"Joan" sounds like something I should pick up. Way back in June 1994 (30 years ago -eep!), I traveled to France after I graduated from high school. I've seen and touched the memorial that marks the spot where Joan of Arc was executed (burnt at the stake) in Rouen, France.
I've found that my favorite booktubers/youtubers are people I enjoy spending time with online, regardless of how often they post or what they're discussing in their videos. You'll have me as a viewer regardless of your content or how often you post.
I'm considering starting my own booktube channel, but I'm concerned about how consistently I'll be able to post as I work full-time and am a caregiver to my elderly mom. That said, doing something I enjoy is important to me, despite having a lot of other things going on.
Take care of yourself, first and foremost! - Tammy
Such cozy vibes! As usual I really enjoyed your commentary. It's a shame Everything You Ever Wanted didn't live up to the intrigue of the premise. Sounds like a really frustrating protagonist 😭 Joan on the other hand sounds great. We love a brave character with immersive writing!! I'm so happy you could put this video together, I really enjoyed it and am sending you all the good vibes ☺️
I just love how you read some of the same books I just finished reading this past month!
hello again 🙂 so I definitely like the book talk, but I enjoyed the art stuff here as well (and the top looked very nice!)
I'm disabled and spend my time listening to audiobooks and crafting, mostly knitting and cross stitch.
I bought an old knitting machine a few years ago and still haven't learnt to use it. I can't find much help in learning, I would love to hear more about how you figured it all out.
Hey, good to see you back!
im looking into getting a knitting machine, im very interested in hearing your journey!
No worries! We’re here for you no matter what content you choose to share! Take care 💚✨
🥹 Thankyou Dee, I appreciate that ❤️
Missed you. Welcome back. Good to see bright eyes and quick smile, (although neither is any kind of requirement). That sweater is such a rascal!
Thankyou ❤️
Sorry to hear that you are struggling with your health, which I can definitely relate to.
Marlen Haushofer was an Austrian, not a German writer. She was very well known, especially for her feminist writing.
