    I have both of these rackets and I find that the 100ZZ is good in power if you yourself hit really hard and I agree that the control is to die for. It most likely has to do with the solid core shaft since it really delivers in feedback. Its less forgiving to your smash form in power delivery due to the stiffness. 88S Pro is more forgiving towards different smash forms and very fast to defend or play net with. However, being more flexible and faster, its hard to control for sure. I use 88S Pro for doubles and 100ZZ for singles.

      Hi there, it is a common phenomenon - to see a new item being up for sale.
      Many people got curious and were eager to get their hands on the new racket. but upon realizing it doesnt suit their play style, they put it up for sale.
      Remember that when it comes to high end rackets, there is seldom a good or bad racket. but it is more about suitability to one's play style.

    Hello Mr. Joel,
    How do you compare between between astrox 88s and 88s pro both at 4ug5 racket ?
    also, in my case as an astrox 88s 4u i've been playin' with it for 1 year... if i need to upgrade , should i grab astrox 88s pro 4u instead ?

    what string do you use?

    • @MoreThanASwing
      @MoreThanASwing  3 роки тому +4

      I usually use NANOGY 98. it is value for money and a balance between durability and repulsion.
      Strings with better repulsion are BG66 Ultimax and Aerobite.

      particularly for smashing only.
      i think the stiffness and the short shaft of the 100zz makes it a better racket to defend and drive.

      I read on one of the reviews that this is a close call.
      But if you are an attacking and powerful player 88D pro is good. But if you rely on control, then 100zz is better.

      @@nagodio idk about the most forgiving
      If u want the most repulsion power 88d pro is the best and strongest out of any yonex racket and the most user-friendly relative to its power, (astrox 99 is also really strong there but is very high demanding when it comes to technique and timing)
      Astrox 100zz is really nice all rounder and can produce alot of power with good technique and isnt very demanding
