Highly underrated channel!! Everything's explained in detail and very accurate information! You deserve more viewers and subscribers mate!! Looking forward to a 88D Pro vs 100ZZ Video 🙂
I just bought the 88S pro in Singapore.. The return shots are far more controlled. Getting really good power due to the head heavy nature. Also didn’t really feel it lacks power in the back court. But definitely built for the front/middle court. Also the light weight of the racket helps with swift movements. And man does it sound good when smacking the shuttle. Totally worth buying. PS: Yet to try the 88D pro.
I don’t know how you do it but every review video you made about racquets I have personally used is so on point, and I watched them after playing with certain models for quite some time; Your remarks just fit my opinions perfectly. I’ve been buying and selling racquets so often for the past two to three years to find the exact model that I like and eventually settled for the 88D Pro. But I also played with 88S Pro probably the longest during that tenure (Around half a year) and was reluctant to change, until I realised I had to mix my game with both speed and power. The 88S Pro is by far the quickest racquet I’ve played with, but the raw power just isn’t there, you can feel the solid swing when hitting the shuttle but the shuttle just doesn’t fall steep after it crosses the net, while the 88D Pro has the total package, Comprise a little bit of swiftness as compared to the 88S Pro, but the 88D Pro became my favourite for close to a year now. You cannot have everything in a single racquet anyways, no racquet is perfect after all. Keep it up, CK!
Got the 88D Pro 4U 3 about 3 weeks ago, and its been a real blast, you can really feel your smashes penetrating and I have not used my arcsaber 11 since. Using Aerosonic 27/29 lbs by the way.
@@CKYew Aerosonic has been my preferred string for the last 4 years, I was playing with BG 66 UM for a long time, then out of the blue I tried BG 80 and loved it but my shoulder almost came off after 1 time, and switched back to BG 66UM, then Aerosonic came out and I loved it ever since! My only gripe with Aerosonic is even if it doesn't snap, the string bed just goes dead really quick like after 3 weeks to 1 month of play. Guess nothing is perfect....
@@jtch333 Wowww I've never really gave Aerosonic a good go other than it being the cross strings of Aerobite which I love too. And yes, thin high-performance string only has so much material to stretch before it goes dead or snaps!

If it is possible, then comparative reviews between 88 pro and 100zz will be great to watch. I wonder, is 88d pro much slower than 100zz for defences? Or they do not differ significantly

Thanks for the video and review. I purchased the Astrox 88D Pro based on this favourable review. Two things I would like to point out are 1) Astrox 88D Pro's 3u version is actually quite heavy, it comes 99 grams with strings and grip, a lot heavier than my other racquets. 2) The Astrox 88D Pro is very beautiful, the black and gold theme feels like being designed by Ancient Egyptians, it is the most beautiful racquet I ever seen in my personal opinion. The paint job is phenomenal, delicate and shiny. Gorgeous!
Hi, I have tried Yonex Astrox 88D Pro (4U) and strung with Yonex Exbolt 63 on 26 tension. I really loved it. It generates a powerful shot when it comes to smashing, and can easily defend in every corner of the court. The speed is fast enough, and control is reasonable as well.
I just strung mine with Exbolt 63 with the same racket yesterday and I won't get to play until its Friday will the tension lose fast? its a 24x26, and last question. How long did yours last?
It’s entirely your personal preference.. 😊I tend to favour thinner strings like 66 ultimax and nanogy 98. But I also love aerobite so it’s entirely up to you. It’s the same for tensions too 👍🏼👍🏼

@CK thank u for ur unhinged awesome reviews My previous main from years ago, was the Nanospeed 9000 Type X; having played and getting used to a very solid headlight racquet (extra stiff, amazing smash power, reaction times, and defense), I thought to myself the obvious transgression was to move on to the nanoflare 800 after stopping to play for over a decade-- Now, for the past two months I have been hitting with the Nanoflare 800 4U strung at 28 Ibs; don't get me wrong, its a good racquet, with really fast swing speeds, good doubles serve control, and front court net games, but, if you are required to control and dominate from the back, the nanoflare 800 simply is a harder racquet to execute (mind you, I am speaking from a newb perspective with a former experience as an aggressive smash monster in the younger days). That being said, I picked up the Astrox 88D Pro 4U Ultima 66 @ 26 Ibs and let me tell you...Yonex should just run an ad campaign on this one, "The Astrox 88D Pro-- So Easy A Newb Can Do It," because that's what it felt like, the easiest racquet to pick up and transform you from a solid 'F' player to a solid C. Yea, it's f**ing amazing 👍👍👍👍
I tested 88S Pro and 88D Pro with Exbolt 63. It was very inconsistent sweet spot and hard to control. But once I swap (both racket) to BG 80 (thicker string), strangely the sweet spot feels bigger, easier to use, great control and easy power. Maybe because of the new string gap?
Hey, i really love your content and keep up doing it! I notice small thing though, i think you strung the 88s pro incorrectly cause the number of grommets are fewer than 88dpro and other common rackets we knew where it ended at 7th grommet. 88s pro should be ended at 6th grommet from the center of racket if im not wrong
Yep, a few others have said I missed a string too. I didn't have access to the stringing instructions when I strung them at the time 🤣🤣 But it doesn't change the performance of the racket, probably might just break the string faster 😬😬
Hi, I am a singles player and occasionally play doubles. Should I go with the 100zz or 88d pro? Really looking forward to a comparison video between the two. Thanks.
@@CKYew I tried out the 100zz and absolutely love it. I could not get my hands on the 88d pro. So a bit confused. I have watched all your videos. They are really good 👍😊

i hope so but tbh i don't know yet because i just bought it on tuesday and will play today at 8😂 now it's 2:23 in indonesia but ooooh gosh i just can't wait to try it!
after feeling the difference in my power after changing to 88D game, I really want to buy a 88D pro now lol. but I'll wait til my technique got even better before buying a high end racket
Hi and thanks for a great video! I'm an intermediate player mostly playing singles. I've felt my racket is always limiting me and because of budget I've never invested in a more expensive racket. I'm currently using the arcsaber 11 play but I now have the chance to buy a used 88s pro for a very good price. Would you say the switch from as11play to the 88spro is a small or big upgrade?
Oh I think you’ll enjoy it. These new modern rackets swing a lot faster than the Arcsaber 10 so I think you’ll enjoy it! Try it if you have the chance!
Hey CK, great review on the 88d pro. I am planning on getting one soon after watching this. Which weight did you use for the demo here? Is it a 3u or a 4u?
@@CKYew would you recommend a 3u or 4u? I currently use a muscle power 29 and a voltric, which are both 3u (muscle power feels heavy and the voltric is even balanced)
Hi, love your videos Just a small quick one Quick explanation between 77 and 88d pro? Do they feel similar and are they same at power and maneuverability? Thanks a lot
88D Pro is head heavier so obviously has more power. I would also say the 88D Pro is perhaps a touch faster than the 77 due to its frame profile but the 77 is more whippy.
@@CKYew hey Also is does the 88dp feel a lot heavier and slow to move quickly than the 77? Also are there some very noticeable changes between these racketss?
Hey man. Good video as usual. Found your channel couple months ago and the reviews here were ooof. Wanna get some opinion. Is the feeling of 88s pro different from Arcsaber 11 pro? As from what I'm feeling now is the shaft of 11 pro is kinda stiff. Not sure is it the same for 88s pro.
@@CKYew I see. Cause I'm currently using 7pro and it did feel really good especially in the mid and front court control. But have been struggling in getting used to handle the 11 pro. Not sure under these situation is it advisable to get the 88s pro?
Hi CK! I have questions to ask you about Yonex , I found out that other brand racquet like FELET 3U with string and grip is only weight about 90.2g and Yonex 3U without string and with original grip is about 90g which I think that YONEX 4U = FELET 3U with string and grip. Did you find this out too? 🤔
I just bought the D pro 3U. We will see. I enjoy the S pro a lot. I find it lacks a bit of power when in the back but is still a great all around racket for me.
The power is very nice from the 88D Pro.. it’s just so easy going with it then BAM! You get it! Haha For 88S Pro, I think it’ll be similar to what I’ve felt, very user friendly and easy to play with, super fast of course!
Wow you have to be physically strong to use a 3U model and I can't imagine the power it can generate, my arm and shoulder will probably come off for good if I use it for a full 2-hour session...lol
Hi CK. Currently im using mizuno altius vigor 5 which is a sledgehammer. Im looking for a new racket with less head heavy orientation. I read that the balance point of the 88d pro is 310, which is quite at the end point balance as well, tho from your review it seems that its not the case. Where would you say the balance point is, im looking for roughly 2/3 of the way head heavy and not all the way through (sorry for the beginner terms haha).
I have an Ax77 and wanna buy a second racket similar to it. I have been dreading to get the 88d pro / the 100zz as they both are pretty much head heavy and similar to the Astrox77. Is it a good idea to take any nanoflares' as my spare racket which I might need at any time? Also please compare in words about the 88d pro and the 100zz, thanks (btw I have seen both ur 88dpro and 100zz review but I need little but more understanding from you as you have tried both the rackets, just FYI, I play attacking singles and need a fast racket but also some solid feel and power)
Hello CK. I used astrox 100zz . It was broken few days ago accidentally. I loved 100zz so much . But now I'm thinking to buy 88d pro . Is it will be a good switch ?
Hey, CK! It's me again. Tried searching your website where you have charted (with four quadrants) the badminton racket in terms of being head heavy/lightweight. Can you please share the link here? Still waiting for your review on your top-rated Victor, and maybe Li-Ning rackets. Cheers!
Hi CK, currently I'm using the Nanoflare 700. Within a year I suffered 2 broken NF700 due to clashes with other racquets. The 3rd NF700 racquet showed a fine crack line upon clashing with my partner yesterday. It is a good and nimble racquet but too fragile. Occasionally, I switch to 1st Gen AX 88D and I'm able to make good smashes from rear court but this racquet will make you tired after 4 games. I'm looking into AX 88s Pro as replacement to NF700. Do you think AX88S pro handling is as good as NF700 4UG5? Thanks.
The 88S Pro is certainly a lot smoother than the NF700 for me and I'd probably even say as fast too. They do feel very different so do try one out to be sure. 👍
@@CKYew , Thanks CK. Somehow today I saw the news of the Arc 11 Pro that will be launched in Feb 2022. The Arc 11 gave me a very good impression and hope this Pro version is even better.
@Leong Choong Yew, how do you feel after using 88S pro as replacement for NF700? I love my NF700 a lot and now I'm looking for a new racquet to replace it.
Hey CK, I got the 88D Pro racket a while back, and have not strung it yet. I wanted a comprehensive review of potential strings to consider before stringing it. I am a predominant back court doubles player and I am quick on my feet, playing controlled shots and drops at front and hard smashes at the back. I originally used the old carbonex 7000ex racket for over 5 years, and upgraded to this racket, but wanted a professional opinion like yours on the stringing recommendation and tension.
Rewatching all your videos before I make the big purchase decision 😁 Confused between the NF 800 and 88s pro. I'm a predominant front court doubles player, whilst speed is important i would also like some power in my smashes. Any suggestions CK ? Thank you
Hi CK! I'm a fan from Taiwan. I was wondering if you could answer my question. I'm a doubles player who likes to hit smashes in the rear court, I'm currently using a Redson US22, the racket was fast and really easy to play with, but I just didn't feel all of my power was transported to the shuttle. And when I'm hitting clears, the shuttle doesn't move as far as it usually would while I'm using a head heavier racket. I want to find a new racket that generates more power and gives heavier and faster shots, would the 88D pro be a good choice for a doubles player like me? I've been playing for 2 years in my college's badminton team, my tension is 26lbs.
Hi, you do an amazing job .. thumbs up for that. Would like know which is a better racket for both singles and doubles 99 pro or 88D pro? Really confused... Currently using voltric racket with 83 gms.
Hi .. I initially had 88D pro .. lovely racket .. later got 99 pro .. both the rackets are amazing at there ends .. I loved playing with both .. 88 D pro is easy to generate power and very effective. With right technique 99 pro fires the shuttle away.. Your review had helped a lot not only on buying but also getting some techniques .. thank you
@@pranayr8912 which version 3u or 4u you are using for 88d pro and 99 pro ya.. I just got my 88d pro.. Considering whether to buy 99 pro.. It will be great if you can share your thoughts on both racket. I prefer playing doubles and little bit more in attacking + some control
Just have some questions about Yonex Astrox 88D pro. I heard it is trendy. Is it good when smashing? What about when it comes to defence and control? Would you consider 3U or 4U? I always played double with my friends during the weekend. Is it suitable for the single-player or double player?
Hi Ck, Im a current user of Astrox 7, now thinking of investing in another racquet to interchange for better control and defensive play but not losing the bite of raw power. Hence, I have shortlisted down to either Ax88s pro or arcsabre 11 pro. Which would you recommend?
Some people thinks that the 88d pro colour is ass but in my opinion the colour is not that bad I mean it’s not ugly it gives u an impression that idk how to explain comment down below about the colour on 88d pro

Hello :) Hypothetically speaking, If I already have the NF 800, is Astrox 88d Pro a great upgrade? Granted I can play well both rear and front as a double and single player? What really matters for me is the quality control and power of the racquet and I gladly want to hear your opinion about this :) ? Btw great detailed explanation ^_^!
The 88D Pro has a different feel from the NF800. Granted both swing very fast! Control and power-wise, the 88D Pro is really REALLY good. It feels super solid and steady so I think you'll enjoy playing with it. 👍
Am i the only one who feel 88dpro 4u lack power? Im used to playing vzf2 3u and when i switch to 88dpro feels like you need a long swing to generate power. Unlike vzf2 which is power with a minimal swing
I'm a lower intermediate player in the UK! (started in lockdown) I only play doubles and use this old racket (Z slash) and like it but want to get one of these new ones because your salesmanship is too good. I can't quite decide between the S and the D (I like the S colour better lolol) but am worried I may not have enough to clear or to smash if I choose the S Would go for 4u 5g if similar - any tips?
The S Pro or the D Pro would be a big step up in terms of user friendliness compared to the Z-Slash so you'll enjoy playing with either. Although I would advise for you to go with the S Pro as its much easier to play with. Or you can wait for my upcoming review of the 88S and D Tour and Game rackets! You might prefer those instead!
@@CKYew I'm taking a look at the Kura 100 ZZ - is there a huge difference to this from the 88S Pro which is the one I was going to get but I had a go at the ZZ and it seems better than I thought? Smashes don't really punch but everything else is flawless? Any thoughts (please and thanks) - It could just be I need to get used to it!
Hey CK. Question for you. I have the old 88s (4uG5) and was wondering if it would be worth upgrading the 88s pro or 88d pro in 4u? I enjoy the lightweight of the 88s and slight head heaviness. I like to smash from the rear court and play up front. It seems like the 88s pro is a lot lighter from previous generations with less head weight.
Oh yeah, before i forget: is the 88d pro just as stiff as the z force 2? Some mention that it is very stiff instead of stiff. Not a great fan of the z force 2
Is the Astrox 88d pro / the s pro beginner or intermediate friendly? Or do you say that the Astrox 77 is more beginner friendly and a a better choice for intermediate players.
@@nihalsameer6417 yeah, the 77 is a great all round racket that’s loved by so many top players too! But it’s all personal preference so you need to try it out to know for yourself.
@@CKYew I think it was Nanogy 95. Also, for me, when I swung NF 800 it felt much stiffer compared to 88D Pro (which I also have). I feel like 88D Pro has a softer feeling compared to NF 800. Thanks for your response!
@@miguelv2985 Ahhh thats why.. Aerosonic feels a lot softer than Nanogy 95. So once both rackets have the same string, you'll find the 88D Pro feels slightly 'harder'.

I don't know exactly if the 88d pro is similar to it, but she is looking performing and i'm interresting by this one. If you have any information to help me, that would be great. Thanks for this review and all your videos!
I had the same issue with stringing relating to clamping through the big gaps. Also I cannot clamp the final cross string as the frame got in the way, used a flying clamp instead. Did you have the same issue?
It was very interesting!! I plan to release a video talking about the second-gen compared to these current Pro models. But I can tell you I prefer the current Pro models ;)
Currently using the Nanoflare 700. Would I be correct thinking that the 88S Pro generates more power than the Nanoflare, while still not being too slow?
I'm playing with Arcsaber 11 and want to upgrade. Thinking of this model, wonder if this would be too stiff and difficult to use? Of course, I play Doubles and want a racket that's has power from the back and maneuverability at the front.
Hi, I have been using Yonex Arcsaber 11 (2U) for 5 months. I thinking to try new 88d pro because I more to rear court player. should i go with the 3u? I think the Arcsaber 2u is heavier but its even balance racket.
Hey mate.. Can you please share which one of the two are more physically demanding? I am trying to figure out which one to get between 88s pro and 88d pro. I have come to the conclusion that 99 pro and 100zz are a lot more physically demanding than the 88 so I am not considering those.
Both are pretty easy to play with compared to the 99 Pro & 100ZZ so you don’t have to worry! If you must know, the 88S pro is easier compared to the 88D pro but only just!

Gorgeous!
Nice!!! That's why i went for the 4U model 👍👍
Is it still shiny now, or has the paint started to come off, like previous yonex rackets?

Good to have you here and thank you for your support!
Niceeeeeeeee 👍🏼👍🏼 it’s sooo good!
I just strung mine with Exbolt 63 with the same racket yesterday and I won't get to play until its Friday will the tension lose fast? its a 24x26, and last question. How long did yours last?

@CK thank u for ur unhinged awesome reviews
My previous main from years ago, was the Nanospeed 9000 Type X; having played and getting used to a very solid headlight racquet (extra stiff, amazing smash power, reaction times, and defense), I thought to myself the obvious transgression was to move on to the nanoflare 800 after stopping to play for over a decade-- Now, for the past two months I have been hitting with the Nanoflare 800 4U strung at 28 Ibs; don't get me wrong, its a good racquet, with really fast swing speeds, good doubles serve control, and front court net games, but, if you are required to control and dominate from the back, the nanoflare 800 simply is a harder racquet to execute (mind you, I am speaking from a newb perspective with a former experience as an aggressive smash monster in the younger days).
Love it!! That’s why I went with the 88D Pro myself 😂😂
You’re right, I did a test of the exbolt 63 and you can see the video on my channel and I did mention the string isn’t as forgiving as other strings.
I bought 88d pro on your recommendation and it is a beast of a racket. Thanks
It sure is!!! 👌👌🔥🔥
@@CKYew yep amazing. Racket. New favorite now. What you think about the astrox 100 zz 4 u?
Hey, i really love your content and keep up doing it! I notice small thing though, i think you strung the 88s pro incorrectly cause the number of grommets are fewer than 88dpro and other common rackets we knew where it ended at 7th grommet. 88s pro should be ended at 6th grommet from the center of racket if im not wrong
Yep, a few others have said I missed a string too. I didn't have access to the stringing instructions when I strung them at the time 🤣🤣 But it doesn't change the performance of the racket, probably might just break the string faster 😬😬
Really professional explanation. Thanks a lot fam.

Do they feel similar and are they same at power and maneuverability?

88D Pro is head heavier so obviously has more power. I would also say the 88D Pro is perhaps a touch faster than the 77 due to its frame profile but the 77 is more whippy.

Hi CK! I have questions to ask you about Yonex , I found out that other brand racquet like FELET 3U with string and grip is only weight about 90.2g and Yonex 3U without string and with original grip is about 90g which I think that YONEX 4U = FELET 3U with string and grip. Did you find this out too? 🤔

Sounds like the 88S Pro might be for you?
I have an Ax77 and wanna buy a second racket similar to it. I have been dreading to get the 88d pro / the 100zz as they both are pretty much head heavy and similar to the Astrox77.
Is it a good idea to take any nanoflares' as my spare racket which I might need at any time?
Also please compare in words about the 88d pro and the 100zz, thanks (btw I have seen both ur 88dpro and 100zz review but I need little but more understanding from you as you have tried both the rackets, just FYI, I play attacking singles and need a fast racket but also some solid feel and power)

Try aerobite or aerobite boost around 26 or 27lbs or 66 ultimax which is a great string with less durability or exbolt 63 or 65

I don't know exactly if the 88d pro is similar to it, but she is looking performing and i'm interresting by this one. If you have any information to help me, that would be great. Thanks for this review and all your videos!
The 88D Pro is easier to play with compared to the Ryuga 1 👌
Pretty sure you strung the 88Spro wrong, you missed one more cross string on the top. Total should be 21 cross and not 20 cross.
I couldn’t fit the last string in as the north tower of my stringing machine was blocking the string so badly :(
I had the same issue with stringing relating to clamping through the big gaps. Also I cannot clamp the final cross string as the frame got in the way, used a flying clamp instead.
Did you have the same issue?
Yep, flying clamps to the rescue!
Hello
Great review 👍👍
How does new astrox 88d pro compare to old astrox 88d ….????
It was very interesting!! I plan to release a video talking about the second-gen compared to these current Pro models. But I can tell you I prefer the current Pro models ;)
Currently using the Nanoflare 700. Would I be correct thinking that the 88S Pro generates more power than the Nanoflare, while still not being too slow?
The 88S pro would have more power than the NF700 👍🏼👍🏼
I'm playing with Arcsaber 11 and want to upgrade. Thinking of this model, wonder if this would be too stiff and difficult to use? Of course, I play Doubles and want a racket that's has power from the back and maneuverability at the front.
I find the 88D Pro has plenty of power for me! You might also want to check out my Arcsaber 11 Pro review that I’ve posted too 👍🏼
@@CKYew Didn't know there was 11 Pro version of Arcsaber! Oh hold on, it's being lauched next week! Thanks.
Hi, I have been using Yonex Arcsaber 11 (2U) for 5 months. I thinking to try new 88d pro because I more to rear court player. should i go with the 3u? I think the Arcsaber 2u is heavier but its even balance racket.
its entirely your choice . Maybe the jump from 2u to 4u might be too big, so perhaps the 3u might be suitable for you?
@@CKYew Got the 4U 88D pro 2 days ago.. Played with it yesterday!
The smashes are incredibly powerful. I can actually feel the transfer of incredible power to the shuttle.
The backhand flicks on smash returns from mid court easily reach the opponents cross court lobby with perfect accuracy.
Control of the racquet for drop shots is just amazing.
The racquet is surprisingly quick. Very easy to play with.
I cannot put it in words how amazing this racquet feels to play with. Its a complete all round package. I don't have a single bad thing to say about it.
Its a Monster!! Absolutely incredible!
Got the strung 88d pro for around 100 Pounds in India
Hi I used the astrox 88d pro for quite a while now and the power and speed is amazing but i broke it so i was planning to get it again but i read a few reviews saying the 100zz is a good doubles choice. which one do u perfer for doubles for overeal (power, speed and control) 100zz or 88d pro?
I prefer the 88D Pro 😊
3u or 4u?
4U
@@CKYew btw i love how yo ureply to all comments, you're a really good youtuber! what strings could work well with the 88d pro 4u?
Your fav strings will work well. I use Aerobite.
Hello sir. What would you say are the differences in feel between playing with the 100zz and 88d pro?
I think the 88D is slightly faster but also just a touch softer compared to the 100ZZ. Have you tried either?
@@CKYew I have only ever used the original emerald green 88s. If the 88d pro is faster does that mean it's better at the front and mid court drives but the 100zz is better at the back?
@@EpineCA I think its down to personal preference but I certainly don't think the 88D Pro is bad at the back ;)
@@CKYew Thank you very much ❤️
@@EpineCA You should give them a try and you'll know immediately which one is your fav.
I am really confused between 100ZZ and 88Dpro ..!
Both are Good in all round performance is the Verdict usually but I am confused about the Smashing power ?
Which has a better Smash in 4u category?
Which have you tried before? I would say the 100ZZ has a touch more power than the 88D Pro but the 88D Pro is faster.
@@CKYew Thanks for replying 🙏
In India we don't have Shops that provide demo so I haven't tried any of them 😅
@@AnkitSingh-yq7kc The easiest way is to ask someone on court for a hit if you see them with the rackets!
@@CKYew I will as soon as I find someone 😂
I basically want an all-round racket To play both Singles and Doubles.
Which gives me enough power without killing my Shoulders.
I am more leaning towards 88d pro because it feels like the Shaft is more user friendly than the 100zz which many people are complain is too stiff and doesn't help you much when under pressure or late to the shuttle..!
Would you say this is accurate ?
As someone who has experienced both Rackets 🙏🙏
Also Brother at this point You should Actually just make a Comparison Video of 88d pro vs 100zz 😂😂
@@AnkitSingh-yq7kc I actually dont find the 100ZZ stiff. Its very easy to play with, just that the 88D Pro was 'easier'. The 88S Pro was the most user friendly of all. 😊
Could you review Ashaway X Speed II? People are saying it rivals the Astrox 88D pro in both power and handling!
I currently have no access to ashaway rackets 😬
Hi CK, may I ask what you would recommend for me between 88D Pro and 88S Pro (4U)?
I play doubles, like to play aggressive at the back and control in the front (but I'm a bit slow reacting to some drives), and use a really old racquet, the Millenium 4 Heat TI 4900 which is a balanced 3U.
Hi Terrence, sounds like the 88S Pro might be a better fit for you as its super fast and easy to play with. Although the 88D Pro does have a lot more power ;) Have you tried either?
@@CKYew Thanks for your suggestion! I actually haven't tried either and think that the 88S pro may be good for me to transition to a slight HH racquet. I think you analyzed that 88D pro became faster so I thought it would be still be good enough. Maybe the difference will show when playing with people more advanced than I am? But I also heard that 88S pro sometimes may be too fast?
@@terrencechu7479 I thought the 88S Pro was too fast sometimes, but that's me. The best thing is to try it yourself and you'll instantly know if its for you. :)
@@CKYew Thanks! I'll try the 88S Pro and see if I can live with the loss of power
@@terrencechu7479 Good luck and let us know how you felt too!

Can I ask, what's the difference between 88 d pro and 88 d red and white? Please help answer. Thank you 🙏
I made a video comparing them so check them out on my channel 👍🏼
is astrox 88d pro physically demanding to use ? can an advanced level player use this racket ?
Of course it’s suitable for advanced players 👍🏼
Hai adakah berbaloi jika dari astrox 77 change to 88d pro for attacking & smash player ?
Ya! Lebih powerrrrrr! 😂😂
