With two emergency surgeries within four months I went through a multitude of physical changes with my stoma #1 & #2. This video should be shown to patients that have not had the opportunity to consider beforehand. I was thrown on so many levels inside my head so what was going on outside my body was literally surreal for months. I went from one to the other within four months. Appliances are overwhelming as staff asks you what do you need, you have no idea-you just need help because what is happening is beyond comprehension. Thank you for posting this.
Ok, I am so happy with this talk! She is so sweet, humorous, and it is very apparent that she loves what she does. This is why PAs are my favorite kind of provider.
What a blessing there are people like you. Thank you for using your medical knowledge and personal experience to benefit so many of us out there. Yes this is truely when TV is beneficial. Thank you 😇
I have had a colostomy for 9 days now. Information is thrown at me without much explanation. Thank you and God bless you for making this video. Now I know why's, for what's, and some do's and don't s, and signs to look for if I'm doing things right or wrong
