Another tips to keep your hair straight during the day: if outside, use a beanie. When you’re Done styling, flip your hair and spray underneath the hair as well.

But using heat protectant is very important and oils cant replace them. Oils usage is different from protectants and also don't forget to don't straighten your hair when it's damp if its smoking it means your hair is wet and you're damaging your hair

I agree but argon oil’s smoke point is at 420°F and can be used as a natural heat protectant. But definitely don’t straighten it until it’s completely dry.

Honestly it’s sucks to have straighter hair bc if u want curly hair it takes a lot of technique and twirling around but if u have curly hair and want it straight u just take the iron and go down

my hair looks pretty healthy when i have my naturally curly hair ( ive only straightened my hair a few times and never coloured it ) but when i straighten it it looks dry and strawy and dead now idky thw first few times it looked healthy but do u have any tips

So we should use argan oil before straightening? And then straighten onto the slightly oiled hair
You can safely use argon oil as a natural heat protectant. It’s smoke point is 420°F so don’t use a higher heat than that on your straightener and you should be good

I do at most once a month
I do it once a week or once in 2 weeks
Once ever one-two weeks but defo use heat protection on ur hair before straightening
Atleast every 2 month for barely any damage

Hey guys I have extremely damaged hair and it’s around my shoulder length I used to have curls before now their gone I’ve been straightening my hair almost everyday without heat protection from 6 months and now that it’s damaged I regret it a lot can someone tell me is it possible for me to get them back?
