To be fair the car was really in need of cleaning but it was not nasty, it was just dirty, literally just soil and rocks. I think it was definitely better and more comfortable to clean than some of the child abused cars before :D

So you would never use public transportation then? Not even trains? Also: if you fly that seat has been covered in poop and/or pee at some point and they don’t change them when it happens. So I wouldn’t recommend flying

What an insane transformation. I couldn't believe the amount of dirt/mud that was located in the back gate and you having to remove it by hand before you use the pressure washer. It was one of the best that you have done thus far this year.

I wanted to say something that you are a professional Detailer and these people who asked if you really clean the entire seat need to understand this is your profession. They need to think and ask themselves who in their right mind would only clean the bottom portion of a seat? I watch your videos to learn new techniques that I can use to decrease my time in cleaning the interior. People watch because they enjoy seeing your transformations and others to learn. You don't owe these fans or people any excuses or an explanation. Your clients are happy and that is all that matters. You take the time to make a video to help other detailers learn and see how to correctly clean and detail an interior. Your products work and it's very helpful but for you it is also time consuming. Thank you again for the video and keep making people smile with your incredible detailing. Continue making great videos and tell those people to use their common sense.
If ever there was a candidate for a garage cleanup video, this is is! The amount of dirt that came off that Blazer was incredible. The dirt inside was almost as bad. But with the right tools, chemicals and determination you got it sparkling again. Great job!

The only problem being that the owner has to agree to be filmed to get a reaction from them, and most people with vehicles this appalling don't want to be on the camera for the world to see.

I agree. Why would anyone think that you wouldn't clean the whole seat, just because it's not shown in all the videos? That's like them asking if you clean all the wheels & tires, just because only one is shown.
I love your videos... have been watching for at least two years, though I've missed some here or there. I've been wondering why I never see you bust out the drill brush to loosen up some of the caked in dirt on carpets so I was so happy to see that part today! On the down side, you tout the merits of your bug remover and how awesome it is... but then never show us a close up video of you hand washing, the pressure wash rinse afterward, the drying mitt, or even the final "after" shots. Just a far away moving pan view. Show us how easy or challenging it is to unstick those buggers!

That's a shallow thing to say. I'm a mom of two toddlers 11 months apart in age, and we have a puppy as well, and it is INCREDIBLY hard to keep both the house and car in sparkling shape, even as a stay at home mother. I manage to do an okay job at it, but can completely understand how some people get overwhelmed and just prioritize the state of their home over their car. Life gets hectic. People go through things. Don't judge.
I worked in an office for a very picky gentleman. He had the building “housekeeper “ bring fresh flowers twice a week, but the best part of that job was the car washing service that came to the building every Monday afternoon. I was so proud of my little Honda that was always clean even in winter. My kids never made a mess in the car because Chris, the car wash guy, did such a great job cleaning it they didn’t want to spoil his work.
Hey Mitch, love the videos! Watching this Blazer transformation gave me an idea: would love to see some multi-step “before/after” shots. Like first shot, then trash removal, then vac, then shampoo/extraction, and then final vac. This would let us see how each step in your process really takes the vehicle from disaster to delightful. I was thinking wow that's gonna take 14 to 18 hours to clean especially with how meticulous you are with your details and how far you thinking of disassemble to get the hard to reach places. It's always amazing how much of the carpet and apolstery you're able to give a new lease on life in your details even when I think that's a goner you seem to get get it clean and able to blend the small spots in. Always great videos thanks for sharing your experience with us. I use alot of what I see you do when I clean and I'm definitely not good at detailing but your advice helps alot.

I was shook by the mud in the tailgate. That is first thing I wash before my door panels.
