It's really not. I would have to actively encourage my kid to throw garbage and candy on the floor but she would definitely give me a weird look first lmao

Yeah. It IS.
It isn’t until you discipline your kids the right way. I’m not a parent yet. I’m too young to be one right now. I’ll tell my kids, “eat, and I’ll clean the messes in my car it’s my responsibility because they aren’t up to age when they can get rid of the trash themselves. If they don’t, it’s fine. Once my kids reach the age when they can get rid of their own trash, that’s the time they can start doing without asking me to do it for them.
Depends on age and the kid. No one eats in the car is my rule. They're not going to starve on a short trip. Long trips, we get out and everyone takes a break.
I always appreciate when a mom keeps their car minimally dirty. Nice watching you clean it up all the same

Mitch, as always, the work you do is impeccable! I would definitely hate to tackle most of the vehicles that you do. I'm fortunate to live in the southeastern U. S., so I don't have to deal with salt and road slush. Something that I have been wondering about is how do you clean out your mud pit in your shop? From what I've seen in your videos, I imagine it gets filled pretty quickly. Have a great Easter!

my grandpa has a macan, and usually keeps it clean by keeping in the garage and drives it to special formal occasions or just when we ask him to when we visit, and when we visit, i beg him to wash it with me

Our kids are 25 & 26. We took the fabric liners out of their car seats once a month and washed them, hung them to dry. Then I’d steam the actual seat, with a bit of diluted Lysol, and we’d put them all back together within three hours. The drying of the fabric liner took a bit. I thought all mums and/or dads did the same! Imagine my surprise when I learned some had never cleaned their car seats, just hoovered them every once in awhile! 😳🤣

Ok.. I need all the leather stuff you’re using from start to finish. I have a 2007’ Infinity G35s sedan, even though it’s old it’s seriously my favorite care EVER! When I got it almost 2 yrs ago it was in Perfect condition because the previous 1 time owner was a lady that lived in California and it was her summer car. Well I live in Utah with harsh winters and my only car with 2 young kids. I haven’t let them had food in it so the back isn’t bad. But the front seats are dirtier and a LOT of cracking has happened. Also the headlights have blurred a ton, the paint has had harsh salt chemicals and my back fender has mostly paint transfer (hopefully not much more) from a lovely driver (myself) that scraped the side pole of my parking garage because all the other tenants make it impossible for me to turn and pull into.

Nice video man, one thing I cannot understand tho... How dirt that was "accumulated from all the winter" is getting out this easy just with water? The rims don't even have any brake dust, there is no road/tire dust on the bottom part of the car with is kinda weird for a car that wasn't cleaned for months, it's more like the car just got dirty at the time you clean it... I have clean many cars in my life and I can tell you having the bottom parts of the car that clean is almost impossible after this long time without any cleaning. Just one trip in one day and it is way harder than this to take out the dust LOL
