I’ll admit it was hard to pass this up. For my style the hell razor could be a bit too heavy. My MTL MC II hybrid with black Kat mod will be here Friday. Thanks so much for all your vids, as it’s impossible to go hands on anywhere with these amps. 👍
Features, voicing, feel, tone - the MCII has more top end and Kerrang however you could with some drastic EQ settings get there on the MTL, the Hybrid is the MTL preamp with the more traditional power section of the MCII - still has tons of thump and aggression if you want, the MTL doesn’t have as much gain as the Hell Razor - think of the Hell Razor for folks that don’t wanna boost and want the most control over the style of gain possible - with a more modern voice.
Cuts great using that axe. No mush,nothing harsh.👍
