Great adjective for both amps mentioned. owned both and they definitely have a "rip", like when you pull apart brand new velcro or something. The distortion character is very crunchy with the channel volume higher up, but you lose the fx loop balance. That was the one real weakpoint of the amp.

Hello sir, I've been watching your channel for years now and I have to say that amp is your sound. It's just a great fit for your sound. Party on Fluff.
Reinhold really nailed this one. I had an old rev blue Uber, and it was pretty much a one trick pony. I LOVE the improvements on the Uber-Ultra, and it’s one of my top 5 as well. Nice video, Fluff! 🤟😎
Loved my Uber Blue back in the day. I actually found it was more versatile than the reputation is, but maybe my settings were different than most. This new version sounds wicked pissuh. Hmm.
I have the 6L6 version of this amp. Best high gainer I have owned hands down. The boost adds another tube gain stage for each channel. Also, the Density control is a variable negative feedback control. Clockwise is more NFB, counter clockwise is less NFB.
I have the Synergy ecstasy module and that has more gain available than I thought possible and way more than I would ever use . This Ubershall has even more gain ? Wow , I find that mind blowing .

@mikekashouty516 Hi Mike. Don't know what a rev blue ubershall is. I have a Synergy Syn-1 and a Syn-2 rack mount with a Fryette Pitbull and Bogner Ecstasy modules. Is the ubershall module really worth it?
Sick amp, sick tones, sick review! The Uberschell has always been a favorite of mine. Question, no love for Hughes and Kettner? Seems like a Triamp would also be up your alley.
The tone is obviously killer but for my taste there are too many toggles and modes. I get that's kinda Bogner's thing most of the time but a glaring exception has been the Uberschall, which was just two channels and extremely straighforward to use (the Twin Jet version was an exception since the presence and gain knobs reacted in unusual ways to normal twisting, this is the classic "set with your ears not with your eyes" amp, kinda like what you mentioned on this one). I'm lucky enough to own a Rev Green Uber and it's my all-time favorite amp not just for how good it sounds but for how easy it is to use.
Need to drive the Ultra. The original did not impress me for high gain! So I went to ENGL Fireball Orca World! This one sounds really versatile. Good review
If they did a smaller 50 watt version, like they did with the Ecstasy, I'd be all-in. Love Uberschalls, I'm just done with full-size rigs until it makes sense for me to go that route again.

Great review and yes it is one of the best amps available. Top 5 for sure and for me top 2. I have the 6l6 version and it is a monster. Used to own and favor the Rev 2 but this one is much better. Also want to say a good friend has a stealth and swears by it. The first time I plugged in my Ultra was at his house and he said he wants to sell the Stealth now.
