Why did u leave
I never thought I would enjoy the video of someone driving. Left this city a decade ago and I really miss it and the Maritimes in general. Best city to be a student BTW.
wish you had taken this on a sunny day looks so gloomy, but it still brings back memories I live in the US now but had some good times there they have some great restaurants near the wharf thanks for the veido!!

I was considering moving there, but the cost of living concerns me.
Halifax downtown is definitely unique lots of one way streets and hills if you own a manual transmission you better know how to drive lol.

If I had a choice between gloomy weather in a small town or in a big city, I'd take a city any day.

That happens a lot there. If you drive it regularly you expect to find someone wanting to go straight rather than up Duke. Hollis street is a crap shoot like that.

No, it is not gloomy - lived in Halifax for five years ( from PEI ) - loved every minute.

Never liked cities especially Halifax..narrow streets and bad drivers...been there many times to pickup people at the train station or for medical appointments..hated driving there..never again
