Great everyday procedures at busy airports! Very helpful for those tiny airstrip pilots who rarely even see a towered field. Yes trying foreign products can be a new adventure. I used to get a lot of KDD products, Kuwaiti Dutch Dairy. Odd flavors for Westerners but still good.
11:13 a bit of icing I can see on the de ice boots. Many Saab 340's have been converted into freighters, they are very useful for this duty. But here in Australia they are all passenger variants.
Yeah, i know, I thought about Australia one day 😎 That icing is not significant for using deice boots, but engine anti-icing must be on in such conditions.
I flew on a 340 b from Orlando- Ft myers back 18 scared the hell out of me, seamed like they only used 5* flaps @180 kts while landing!!😬😵 Great Airplane 🤘

Hi Konstantin, enjoyed this video of your flights from Africa to Europe. Notice that you were flying on the right seat as Captain. Is it unusual to have 2 Captains flying together? On some of your other videos a Co Pilot with 3 stripes are flying the right seat. It must be challenging flying from one country to another dealing with different weather patterns and regulations.
Good day, Ben! Yeah, we are lacking First Officers, therefore i flew with the other captain. SAAB340 is not so popular type this days, all FOs aim for Airbus 😀. As for country change - you get used to it quickly to be honest :)

Good question :) In this company we are allowed to wear white or blue shirt, i prefer white. Also we can wear shorts in summer, but i never done so 👨✈️
You never know when you get that permission, if the defined time frame of granting this permission is 5 days, yoy might get it in the same day or on the fifth. Countries like African, post Soviet, Asian, you need a special permission from Civil Aviation Administration, it is not Europe or America 😀 Even if you fly private, it is not like with the car - seat and go 😀 Jesus (or Allah or Buddah or whoever) has to come down and bring the light to some heads 😀 hundreds of cars cross without any issue, but plane - it needs special permission 🥲
