@@bigred6639 My first two months at my first company I ran the Walmart runs. I was very shaky with backing when I first got off my trainer's truck. Working the Walmart runs really helped me get better.
Practice makes perfect yessir my brother!! I'm starting at PAM on the 13th of this month, I've had my CDL in the past but for some dumbass reason let it go but the road is calling me back!
No worries record yourself reading off the paper they give you and listen to it through out the day do not look at UA-cam video on pre trip bc every school is different
I start in October I’m in the Midwest is it possible for me to get a dedicated route for Walmart or General Motors after training? Should I ask them for it or will the offer those options? One other question roadrunner should I ask my trainer to teach me to back up 90 degree training?
@@roadrunner9141 The driving school I went to only does straight, offset, parallel (which you like never use parallel). But they used to do that and 45 degree back when my dad went there 20 some years ago.
@@robertgardner4508 I've parallel parked 8 times in three years. Walmart says you can park by the garden center or one place said park on the fence and there was barely any room, I'm happy to know how to do it.
Dang my dude, you make it look easy. Looks like the time spent not taking the east way out gas really paid off for you. Nice work.
The best way to become a better backer is to learn how to fix your mistakes
On walmart accounts, you get really good at backing... you back 4,5,6 times a day

How do you “let a cdl go?” You still have a Cdl… Do you mean not working as a trucker by “letting it go?”
@@mokamsn2325could be he stopped working in trucking or just let his CDL expire and never renewed
I'm at C1 right now starting week 2 next Monday. They're teaching left and right offset, left right parallel and straight back. Thanks brother.
I’m in my 3rd week at C1 right now, how did you do?

The answer is pay check.
Still waiting for what they didn’t show me,….
Only backing we did in Indy was straight back offset and parallel they didn’t show me how to 90 degree
@@roadrunner9141 OK. That explains a lot now,….not your driving, but others I’ve witnessed.
