Loved this laid back athmosphere in This episode..., remembered the feeling ( and the shower) arriving in Horta ....Superb videos and music ,and Tina , of course .!👍🏾.
Also Stunning Drone video ... and at the end of the video with the Lagoon and the Speed Trimaran side by side ...stunning Multi-hull festival :) Awsome video! Thansks for sharing.
Fantastic drone shots, specially the one with your cat and the mountain on the back! And what a fantastic cakes! That’s what I call a transatlantic crossing with style! Congratulations!
Absolutely F. .A. B. U. L. O. U. S. !!!!! YOu guys are going to miss that young 'second mate' later.!!! She seems quite the cook. Great drone footage. Thanks guys !!
Nice episode. Still a shame you guys couldn't go explore the island. We have had a few beautiful months over there. I hope you can go back in the future! Happy greetingz, Wim
Wow. You guys know how to travel. .. and you seem to have a pretty good idea what ingredients you need for an adventure. Many, many thanks for sharing. I’m not sure which I envy most your sailing or your video production. Bon Voyage. Oh and thanks for the music.
We enjoy both the travelling and the video production ourselves as well (except for Pinnacle Studio ultimate 24 which I will throw out of the window very soon). As you mention the music, what’s your opinion in that respect on the latest episode 212?
@@CatGreatcircle If you paid 1.5 milion euros for Beyonce to serenade the new boat, I guess that's the going rate. Nevertheless, the six members of the Outremer Launch Band did a wonderfully traditional rendition - and you got a free Catamaran. As ever, fantastic photography and editorially, you left enough space for the viewers to feel involved. Congratulations to you both on your new "BABY" and all my best wishes for fun and safe sailing. W
Great Video too bad the damn pandemic. And I thought it was Lovely to see you guys looking at the "Continente.pt" website :) Lovely ... I was on my house and I also had to use it :) under lockdown grocery at home delivery services were booming!
Whoever hasn't watched your videos don't know what they're missing. The footage and quality of you're videos are the best...the music is excellent. Whoever does the editing etc are pros. I noticed you have a state of the art navigation system, and the largest cabin and lookout, like sitting in ones loungeroom. I think your views will skyrocket. I usually only watch isbjorn and sv delos yachting...until I came across greatcircle
Thx! We really like the BandG, easy to see everything and you can control it all over the boat using the WiFi and remote. Only thing I still don’t understand is why the wind angle can’t be recorded more accurately but this seems to be a general problem of wind meters. Strange to have a difference of 20 degrees in TWD if you change tack
Another great episode, Tina is obviously a great crew member! Very rare to see such a diverse range of talents! Do you carry any sort of emergency airbags on board....!? Thanks again for sharing and safe passage. 😃🎣🥮⚓️🌴
Hey!! Catching up with some of your videos because of your move to Outremer 55. But if you see this.... was Tina family or crew? If she was crew, where (what website) did you find her, or people like her. Fishing, Cooking, and reefing skills in high wind is great. Als ze familie was, wees dan niet beledigd. Sorry my German is Ok(ish), but learning Dutch. Two yachts, (UK and Greece), will sell to move up to the 'lifetime' plan that you already have. And respect to Marijke for the needle maritime skills at sea. Sailing is a maintenance project, mostly with no landside support!! Knuffels and Groeten. J.
Tina was rendered more or less unemployed when the charter cat she was working on as a chef was locked down in the same bay in the BVI as we were. We brought her home and she is like family in the meantime…
@@CatGreatcircle Thanks. What a lovely story. Ive also now just seen the Horta to NL Leg. Nice. I share a small company with a colleague in Alkmaar and Bergen, so have a love and affinity for the NL, and cant wait to get back there again soon to your wonderful country. Good luck with the #004 launch. Beste. J.
Another very nice video. I like how you did a brief recap from the last video (which was also very good); it makes the story feel very continuous. I'm curious about that old anchor you got wrapped around; did they pull it to the surface so it won't catch another boat? Best of luck as you continue your journey.
After weeks on sea not allow seamen to step ashore... even if its just a hobbycrew... is like breaking the holiest of all rules. I grew up between ships and this unique smell of diesel, rust and fishy waters. Many nights I slept in with the trustsending sound of the fog horn. Granddad was a sailor, dad a captain - its in my blood. "There is no romantic anymore son", dad explained when I thought about my future. Two ex-great sea sailing nations meet here and leave me speechless. Boats with sickness set Q flag, but not the harbours for them. The least would be to offer a certain area on land for relaxing, eating, provisioning etc. - maybe a shuttle to any closed area out of town or any other solution, but no "get lost!". This is against everything I grew up with. The people of Fayal commit a sin. For the first time I understand the expression "christian seafaring" - this is not christian behaviour and this is surely not "funny". If you find this funny maybe you deserve no better, but others do.
It’s not the guys in Horta that make up rules like this, the desk where this was determined might be pretty far away actually. We experienced a very warm welcome by all parties involved including the local maritime police.

I am a sucker for cheese cake. Eating cheese cake on the water, now that is a dream.
That girl is amazing! :) Dream crew:)
Great drone footage!
Keep up the good work and stay safe.
Bon Voyage!! have a good and safe journey!!
Cool video love your music!
Oh ! Chesse cake , super top. Me #209👍 like for Tina. ⛵⛵⛵
I can’t like my own video but I would have liked it for the cheese cake alone
Another great video.

Be carefully there pirates a lot of chartercrews are have big problems
So I’ve heard, private boats like us have already spend their money so not interesting for pirates
Safe Trip.
Tina is amazing! You are so lucky to have her crew for you. What is her email so we can inquire of her availability to crew?
