i dont get this father protecting his daughter mentality at all and i hate double standards.. most dads i know, keep guys away from their daughters and only want the best possbile men for them, while their sons, get kudos for hooking up with hot girls in a bar. ive seen dads in envy when their sons tell them, that they had a threeway with 3 girls last week.

This guy owns 26 bars .Every night in his establishment women are let in free and given drinks to get them halfway drunk then men come in spend their money both to get drunk and buy more free drinks for the women .all this money goes into his pockets . not satisfied with that he observes the drunken behavior going on between the men and women and the poor decisions being made because of the alcohol being imbibed and writes a book about it. He makes sure he doesn't call the women out in the title of his book (in which case it the title would have been "men and women being losers"). he make money coming and going 1) selling alcoholic beverages, 2) selling books to the women and presenting them as the aggrieved party. what a hell of a salesman.

Yes, that was perhaps his weakest point but as advice to women it is not too bad. i.e. women need to think that men who want them for sex can quite easily leave them the next day, even if she wanted more. If a woman avoids hook-ups, the guy she marries will be pleased. And that is what matters.

I'm a husband and father with two daughters both of us happily married for 15 years and this man has failed in most of his own predictions. Realisticly speaking he's clearly not aware of the facts of today's generation of us Millennials having one of the worst relationship advice and divorces are at the highest in the U.S at 53% reasons why men don't get married because of social media causing lack of communication, weight gain, lack of intimacy and equality. Our idioacracy follows fanciful TV reality shows making us think life should be rich and glamorous brain washing our children thinking its normal to have one parent and excepting people that are damaged when we all have the decision to control our own lives. There's two sides of the story for both men and woman. Our generation is one of worst and he's picking one side causing his own daughters to resent men and becoming favorable to be married to there own government collecting child support, alimony and food stamps. This is there life. How do we fix this "by not listening to all these celebirty advices when they clearly where divorced as well" listen to people who been married all there lives. Sometimes you need to go to basics and we became damaged through all this nonsense.
What makes 2 parent homes so special? You a act as if 2 parent homes aren't dysfunctional. 2 Parents homes have higher rates of domestic violence and incest. Many wives are unhappy and many husbands cheat and have extra marital affairs. Many women and children suffered in these dysfunctional 2 parent homes in the 1950s and earlier.
