This and the Picard song were quite literally a major part of my childhood. My dad downloaded showed these to me back when I was really little (mid-late 2000s, around 2009), and I begged him to download them for me on my Mp3 player. Good times...
I think I like this even better than the Picard song. And I love the Sisko line at 3:13. Sisko needs a song too, I think. He's got so many great lines.
hahaha i love how the first half of the song is from an episode of DS9 yet it only shows him in TNG. Only reason i know this is because i literally just finished watching that episode last night.
If you want a clean copy of this mp3, let me know. Dark Materia's site has been offline for years, but it's still available. So is Frame of Mind (The Riker Song). The audio on this is terrible. You did a pretty good job with the syncing though! This song kicks so much ass.
@christei2 unfortunately, the translation is wrong. the video was taken from Star Trek:Klingon (Which already then included the translation for Warrior's Anthem) but the audio is a different song (Kal'Hyah during the first two times, and Drinking song in the third time)
Indeed it is hard, but watching the films helps to pick up the language! Have you ever read or heard Hamlet in the Original klingon? (not joking!!! they really got Micheal Dorn to read Hamlet in Klingon!!! check it out)
No, no! Don't get me wrong! Yours was really good too! It's just that I like DS9 better than TNG, so I liked this one because it had DS9 clips. But you did a really good job with only TNG clips!
1:57 - Anybody know where this quote ("SHLEE-BACH" or something like that) is from? It's not from the same episode as the video clip at the same time index.
Actually, that's where the video clip is from, but it turns out the actual quote is from a Deep Space 9 episode: "Penumbra" (kudos to @J0hnMilt0n for finding it)
i acutally love that episode "SPEAK ALL YOU WANT BUT DON'T GET BETWEEN ME AND THE BLOOD WINE!" Sisko makes a great klingon.
it's 'brag all you want'
Avery Brooks said it was one of his most enjoyable episodes.....
I tried blood wine. Oh boy...
I hated sisko

I must be your dad’s age. I watched these shows live.
BRAG all you WANT! But don't get between MEEEE and the bloodWINE!
#DatSiskoPower
Which is actually a Sisko line.
Poor Worf, upstaged even in his own song.
I think I like this even better than the Picard song. And I love the Sisko line at 3:13. Sisko needs a song too, I think. He's got so many great lines.
*"I will not YIELD!!"*
"Very stimulating wouldn't you say?"
"NO!"
laughed hard at that bit
Thats awesome! Can't choose between Picard song and this.
I like how pain and anguish are separate trials
Excellent. I hope to one day hear this at a dance club someday.
when does thje picard song come out?
nevermind
lovely im going to have this stuck in my head for a year
SO ONE YEAR STUCK IN YOUR HEAD, still have it for a second yaer>?
Do you know any Klingon Opera?
18 Users are actually Kirk, using different accounts! FYI, he used to hate Klingons cuz they killed his baby!
27 have brought dishonor to their children and their children's children.
You’re the man now, dawg!
The only thing missing is a mention of prune juice. Other than that, brilliant!
Klingons are just space orcs .. for honor !!!
You mean Samurai-Rockstars from Outer-Space?
One riker! One bridge! RAaaaaaaaaa
hahaha i love how the first half of the song is from an episode of DS9 yet it only shows him in TNG. Only reason i know this is because i literally just finished watching that episode last night.

Yeah champ, a little late to it but you wouldn’t happen to have a link at all?
Give us the link in the name of the Klingon Empire!
@@mirkwoodphotography2089 see the link you asked for in my reply to tester.
i have all of his songs too. his site and all of the files can be accessed using the internet archive
QAPLA!!!
Thanks :) Both songs are written by DarkMateria... you should check him out. He also has a few more, all of which are hilarious.
I think worf's best moment was when he beat up those the borg creatures in first contact.
That's a good one. For me it will always be "I am not a merry man!"
Coming back again, years and years later.
Hi!
the 18 people who disliked this are WITHOUT honor
Alright; the clip you picked actually does sync up very well with the audio :)
Imho
Worf and Data are the two best characters of anything anywhere from the beginning of time
Finally of three years of listening to the same video it has finally hit 100,000 views.
Well you could always buy the klingon dictonary! I did an essay once for high school - all in klingon. AND I passed.
That's better than pulling a Frasier crane and reading a Klingon blessing at a jewish ceremony 😊
Are the scenes of Gowron singing on the bridge of the Bird-of-Prey from the game "Star Trek: Klingon?"
Oh also, this is a better video than the other one to The Worf Song!
@christei2

What is the scene from at 1:00 with the Klingons singing? Is it a video game?
nice video and song :D
3:38 No! lol
Good tea....nice house
love the kligon chorus
15 years ago I was 19. But I heard this song in high-school when I was 17. Dam I'm getting old lol
Anyone have the Klingon lyrics to that song they’re singing?
This is a great video. ^^
so much honor
@Goldiney Good mix.
HaHaHa!!! This is such a catchy song! Great video too! I love it!
@Goldiney
I'm pretty sure they're based off of the Norse culture. Their old beliefs were very similar.
Isn't the line starting at 3:14 said by ben sisko in DS9: Apocalypse Rising
23 members of the house of Duras hated this video
ELITE!!!
Thanks, that turned out to be exactly right :)
Apparently, it's "sli'vak"; apparently an insult used to describe a promiscuous person.
lol that describes 3 of my exes
Klingon metal
lol im learning klingon, i got the book :)
caught that too huh...
cool bat-leth battle, thats wat its called right? bat'leth
Thank you!
Indeed it is hard, but watching the films helps to pick up the language! Have you ever read or heard Hamlet in the Original klingon? (not joking!!! they really got Micheal Dorn to read Hamlet in Klingon!!! check it out)
At least the only reference I found was from Deep Space Nine
I approve
Info @ all: Download available via Grooveshark Dowloader, artist tag is "Darkmateria"
No, no! Don't get me wrong! Yours was really good too! It's just that I like DS9 better than TNG, so I liked this one because it had DS9 clips. But you did a really good job with only TNG clips!
@Syndusias
The best combination since chocolate and peanut butter.
LOLLERSKATES O_O *straps on lollerskates and skates around*
that "ecclesiastical" klingon portion, if thats an appropriate description, has very similar sounds to latin.
a klingon would make a great drinking buddy lol
Ha ha ha ha 🤣 this should have picard in the background saying i dont think so mister worf as the chorus
1:15 : "Boy, boy, boy boy, boboboboboboy, boy boy glory to the empire!"
glory glo-glo-glory not boy
I love the part where they are sininging the war song in klingon
well done
Completely agree.
nice work man what software do you use if you don't mind me asking
Thanks :)
COMMANDER WORF'S HEAD LOOKS LIKE A FANNY!!!
Hey, it's been four months but hopefully you'll see this, it's from Season 7, Episode 17 of Deep Space Nine.
I like what you did there..
1:57 - Anybody know where this quote ("SHLEE-BACH" or something like that) is from? It's not from the same episode as the video clip at the same time index.
Anyone know what those Klingon songs are?
The song was not meant to be queued up with the actual line
Actually, that's where the video clip is from, but it turns out the actual quote is from a Deep Space 9 episode: "Penumbra" (kudos to @J0hnMilt0n for finding it)
@Trek001 I figured...but now I want to know even more.
does anyone know what and what episode the chant/song at 2:00 comes from?
Who speaks Klingon? What's that word he says at 1:58, and what does it mean?
Worf pwns all...except Judd Nelson. he was pretty fuckin' harsh!
Good song, consider it favorited.
@waitingfor2008 Nothing is better than the Picard song!!!
Your confusion is warranted - I spliced the audio and video together ... kind of a mismatch.
@crusader8463
Ya gotta admit... Martok and Work sing well together :D
@SuperHowlingmad Thank you! :)
@floppycooldog No problem dude ... I use Adobe Premiere Elements ... great program!
It is not a polite word - I'd tell you, but youtube T&C's say I am not allowed
Turns out to be from the episode "Penumbra"; Worf says it to Ezri, presumably to accuse her of being promiscuous.
lesser known but quite good nonetheless :)
Didn't Sisko say the line at 3:12?
Glory to the Empire!
With mmmmiiiiiinnnnnttttttt frosting! :)
DS9, S07E17 Penumbra: Part 1 about 37 minutes in, when Worf and New Dax make out.
@Goldiney those pesky PetaQmey!
They are like alien Norseman :D
GLORY TO THE EMPIRE
its pretty cool, but i prefer the Picard song much better!
@TheCycad Thanks :)
Still jammin! You have to listen with the picard song 🎵
@GreenEyedSerb Yep, it goes with the subtitles.
23 People don't bring glory to the empire
