A helpful queen!!! Thank you so much for this information. I just started my cocktail mixer business and was trying to remain local and have had an overwhelming response to customers seeking shipping for my product. I kind of didn't even know where to began and this has helped so much!

I already knew to freeze my items but i didn't think to check on final pick up not knowing my items could be sitting on a dock all day. This video was very informative.

Really good info here. With my business, the biggest hurdle I've encountered is shipping cost. Because my items need to stay refrigerated, (part of my business is pre-formed cookie dough)I haven't found a solution that I can pass along to the customer. I currently use USPS or UPS. As you know, overnight shipping is very expensive. Most people are not going to spend $40-50 just on shipping for a product that's costing them $25-30.
