That is not why Israel is scattered around the World, because they married foreigner’s. Many of the foreigners became converts to Judaism and therefore their offspring were Jewish. Jews are scattered throughout the World because they rejected Messiah when He came. Now they are back in the Land as prophesied by the the Prophets. In the past because of rebellion against God , God sent the Assyrians and later the Babylonians and sent the Jewish people in exile in foreign lands. Later God would bring them back to Israel.

It is important to base the DNA studies on the Old Testament and also recorded history texts all the way to the 18th century for proper context, in order to correctly identify the people to test. Much movement, conquest and mixing of gene pools happened that obscure the true genepool.

But truly they are. The Jewish Diaspora that happened after 70AD spread the Jewish people throughout the Roman Empire and into Syria and other parts of the MiddleEast. They mingled with different groups but they always stayed Jewish and kept to the Jewish Faith of their forefathers. History shows Jewish populations throughout the World . In India, China,Egypt, Afghanistan,Russia. Europe etc. God has called back His people in these day and they are as a mixed multitude.
