I'm proud of be a member of The LDS Church. My husband & I took our kids to see a play in Salt Lake City in the Summer of 1978. It was about the LDS Pioneer's trip to Salt Lake City. At the end a bunch of men portraying Mormon Soldiers walked in singing a song that brought tears to everyone's eyes. Everyone stood up & clapped for a very long time.

About minute 46, Mack Wilberg talks about infants responding to music in the womb. When I was pregnant with our first child, I served as a counselor in the Primary organization at church, so was exposed to lots of Primary songs. After birth, while our son was in hospital for a heart defect, nurses had trouble changing a chest tube. They turned on the music I had left for when I couldn't be there and he calmed down immediately.

Not exactly, the Church is about 'All Christians' being part of the Body of Christ. I'm disappointed in the LDS Tabernacle organization for allowing secular songs to be sung with the Choir being used. The Church has no interest in secular songs so why use them for revenue raising? Each faith thinks their's is the best eg. Jehovah Witnesses, Seven Day Adventist, Catholics etc. However we are 'One Body' with 'Different members' as in legs, arms etc. to a human body. This is what the Bible explains. We are all brothers and sisters in Christ. One big family. I personally believe 'Jews for Jesus' have it spot on as they keep the real Sabbath, no Christmas or Easter but Passover when or Saviour died.
Absolutely beautiful, makes my heart happy. It also makes me feel closer to my Heavenly Father. And on this Father’s Day I am grateful for the parents that raised me. And so very grateful for my membership in the church. My parents didn’t raise me in the church nor did they ever join the church. But they finally would come to visit me and my husband and would go to church with us. Which was an accomplishment. And we have done their work for them. Again my thanks for the beautiful music.🙏

I am proud of my British heritage but I love this country and living in Utah. I love listening to the choir when I was younger we used to go to the concerts and see the lights on temple Square. I am more 83 we have 5 children and many grand and great grandchildren who we love dearly. Thank you for your services of music.

One of the things that stopped me long enough to listen to what the Mormon Sisters had to say was the film that showed settlers fording a river, both men and women, in icy water. To do that you have to reach deep down into a place that most people have never seen and likely never will. I simply can not imagine the heart break of a woman burying her child and her husband and then moving on. Though you will never embrace me, you have my lasting admiration.
Thank you for starting my day with such inspiration. I always love the Tabernacle choir, and they highlight these programs with such magnificent performers. Katherine Jenkins is such a beautiful person with such a marvelous gift from God. Thank you, UA-cam so we can see this from half way around the world.
