It's so beautiful how much you can feel they respect each other but can't express it.
I think that scene at thriller bark marked both of them, sanji saw zoro giving up his dream for luffy and the crew and when he stepped up to sacrifice himself for zoro's dream zoro saw sanji's loyalty too, since then I'm sure the respect they have for each other is monumental, it's always great watching them fighting side by side.
That lil smile Sanji gave Zoro mid argument like he was happy to see his homie back up doing what he loves really made this episode for me. I love these two along side each other. Hahah.
I love how even though they argue most of the time, they both respect each other for being incredibly reliable and loyal when things get difficult
Also when Zoro said that Ussop can't come back without apologizing, Sanji was actually the only one to agree with him, Everyone else was crying and saying let Ussop come back who cares.

This episode was so good. Zoro's entrance was way too epic!! So glad he's back in action. His and Sanji's 2023 debut was fabulous. Greatest duo ever. These upcoming fights will be bonkers 🔥

I think the anime is saying Sanji and Zoro both have ryou now. Sanji’s using ryou, skywalk and diable jambe. Zoros just using ryou. They’re both at level 2 then zoro adds king haki on top.
That Santōryū from Zoros Voice Actor is peak voice acting. Giving goosebumps with just one line, VA of other languages can only dream of getting that good.
Kazuya Nakai's voice is just perfection for Zoro. Also the VA for Hijikata in Gintama and it's perfect on that character as well.

Man, throughout the whole raid i can't even begin to imagine what range of emotions Hyogoro is experiencing. He literally went from dying hopless in a harsh prison to witnessing events beyond his wildest imagination.
I felt this way the whole entire arc. I just knew he felt so honored to witness everything. I felt it with him lol

I just never get tired of watching this scene. The animation, the OST, the Zoro/Sanji duo, the fact they use their best attack (imo). Watching these 2 fight side by side is the best thing.

I mean Zoro sure focus more of his time into combat, Sanji on the other hand is primary the master chef of the straw hats and still manages to keep up on the same level as zoro, so when we get to see sanji shining it more amazing than zoro in my opnion
@@kaigaku3920 100%. It's impressive what Sanji can accomplish despite having to split himself between fighting and cooking, while Zoro is completely focused on being the greatest swordsman ever (this isn't a dig at Zoro, he's the goat).
Sanji hasn't really done much during the Time Skip arcs either, so it's nice to see him get a proper fight, even in Wholecake Island he didn't really have any good fights
That mouton mallet and ongiri was done perfectly. The slow motion was just right. Especially Sanji’s attacks looked like it was coming out of the screen lol.

one of the best moments in One Piece if you ask me. Zoro and Sanjis VA both killed their role, With Sanjis Scream to Zoros "Three sword style", Legendary voice acting at work.
Feels so good to see zoro finally in action. Up until Wano he never had any real challenge. The last time we saw zoro at his best was back in ennies lobby.
Outside of the very top tier, I don't think there's anyone who could take Zoro and Sanji on when they work together, they're both outrageously strong, both have incredible battle IQ and both have unshakable faith in their captain and each others ability

I can never get enough of seeing these 2 working together.
Sometimes I like to think of that experience of first seeing marinford and realizing just how far the straw hats were from being able to even scratch the top fighters in one piece, and how exited I was imagining what they would be like when they actually became that strong. Now I see scenes like this and I realize that time is finally here.
Getting these crazy well animated episodes weekly is unbelievable. So glad I’m a One Piece fan we have it so good rn.

Zoro and Sanji's entrance in this episode is simply spectacular and the animation gave me chills. Even though in my mind I was still dreaming an epic air battle between a phoenix Marco and a pteranodon King XD
I love that subtle difference between Zoro and Sanji's attack. Zoro having a deadly shorter range dash, and Sanji maintaining a slightly slower but more consistent speed. Them aligning perfectly was so cool😍
i think that was done just for animation purposes. zoro is fast fs but sanjis specialty is speed. wouldnt have looked as nice if they but sanji blitzing queen first and zoro a second later blitzing king
