Well it's not that he's a late boomer, more so the raid suit itself awakened his abilities. Sanji throughout pre-timeskip and post-timeskip (excluding Wano ofc) was just a pure human with insane super human abilities just like Zoro.

Ok, after some thinking I can safely say that I love OP logic. Like: you ate giraffe df?, try being as much square as possible during your fight or you're a cyborg?, turn your chest and stomach area into cola tank but still be able to eat/drink like normal. I don't really know if Netflix will pull out good looking design for Chopper and thinking about how they will make THIS particular scene looking good giving me nightmares.
