Funny, this was exactly my thoughts when I went from a wood core limb to a foam core limb,I was a little bit freaked out at the lack of stifness of the foam core.. Lovley and smooth to draw but I did also find that I was figeting around a bit at anchor... My old wood limbs were completely stiff in regards tortional stifness, definately more of a chore to draw but quite predictable with not much movment.. This definately would make for a more constient draw and anchor, Big differences for me then were..
Wood, tortionally far stiffer, harden to draw, crisper anchor and subsiquent release.. Louder after the shot but vibration died away quite quick.. On the other spectrum, foam limbs were easier to draw, but had a mushy wall or anchor, Quieter than the foam limbs but virbation was not great..... How I confirmed this was I actually put an identical set of limb dampners on both, these are kinda like monkey tails with 2 balls either side of the limb.. On the wood limb they didnt make a sound.. On the foam limbs, they actually made the bow louder, they would make a loud crack on release, that was the rubber balls actually hitting the limbs.. That didnt happen on the wooden limbs... Im torn atm as the foam limbs are only a couple of weeks old.. But I think I prefered the wood...

These guys can review the limbs on a wooden ILF riser and MK can't do shit.

Why ? I think they would rather show that there limbs work on other bows.. After all there not hoyt, so why would they care less..
