Is @ while presenting the food in this way,For sure the plating will take time to decorate,And we are trying to minimise the portion size ofcourse,Bcoz it doesn't seems good enough while doing such plating. So while taking so much of time ,Food will get decreased to the normal serving temperature.Isn't. What would be the solution to get rid of this sort of issue.
