My husband had visited this restaurant along with few office colleagues few years ago and I remember he coming home and telling me how amazing he found your restaurant…. Of course it’s not a place you can go just like that…. I checked your menu and website and I hope one day I will be able to afford a meal in your restaurant with my family….. it will be my junoon now to make this happen… meanwhile I have just started reading your book Imaginary Rain which I bought on my last visit to India…. OMG! The gift of today! I had been trying hard to reach your own channel for so long, Vikas ji. Dear Chef, It's a delight watching you talking, sharing fine tips and cooking at the same time . Please share the paneer recipe that you prepared in one of the tv shows. It was the simplest recipe I came across ever. And it tasted divine when I cooked it your way. I noted it down in my diary but unfortunately lost my diary during shifting to another city.. As my memory is - First some khade masale alongwith roughly chopped onion and tomatoes were to be sauteed in little olive oil and then It was to be ground into fine taste. Next the paste was to be sauteed in little olive oil with some additional powdered spices. You had suggested to garnish it with yogurt in place of fresh cream. I am dying to get the complete recipe and enjoy the mouth watering dish. Please share the video of the recipe, Dear Vikas Ji. Regards
