I know this was about 2 years ago thought I hope I get a reply, but is there any difference in installing a non EVC exhaust? I'm looking to get a Jun BI EVC Catback Exhaust for my stinger vs a Borla S-Type Exhaust and how well does it sound

tbh i dont think theres a difference, you'd just need to install a cutout

Any issues with the power cable powering up the transmitter? I've had my fuse blown twice now when connected to the fuse box. I may have to try your method if I continue to have issues. Thanks.

      are you still having issues?

@@charlieshiiin no further issues. Guess I found a fuse with enough voltage that it won’t blow. When working properly, this variable exhaust is a blast.

@@Manchuz79 i dont know much about auto electrical but how low of a voltage did a fuse drop?
i did add-a-fuse into my rear heated seats (plus an additional inline fuse lol). i'm hoping that doesn't have a huge drop in voltage causing endless fuse triggers.
also, i'm ok with it. function and noise is nice compared to stock, but with the chinese exhaust cutout they used, the system doesn't seem that special. my closed valves rattle and makes it feel cheap
BTW, wonder what OP's battery voltage looks like now...my console's idle amp draw was like 0.2 amps or something
