    That drawing was surprisingly informative. I never understood how that system worked before

    Superb explanation bro. Thanks. In my Navara D40, there is a bit of vibration in low idle, when the vehicle is in run it's very smoother. Garage guy said it's due to a faulty injector. Engine chk light is not indicating. Few weeks back by mistake bit of water leaked into throttle body it was cleared. Running is perfect. Need your advice.

    I just had my Egr replaced.
    Now having problems with my turbo over boosting and leaking oil into my intake .

      Well, there should be an issue with the waste-gate sensor that has caused to over-boost the turbo..

      Nope dear, booster sensor that sits on the intercooler (on the left side of the intercooler)

    Hello my friend i have question for nissan r51 d40 2.5L code p1829 and light 4wd please answer me

    • @abcautotrendy
      @abcautotrendy  7 місяців тому +1

      Good day! This is mainly because of the transfer case solenoid (that’s sits underneath of the gearbox)
      You can do following test to resolve this issue
      01. Check all 3 4wd relays
      02. Check the wire harness that is connected to the above switches (solenoid)
      03. Check the wire harness that goes to the 4wd actuator
      04. Check the 4wd ECU

    at minute 6.26 how many psi is need to move the turbo rod. diagnostic plus theory is the way go.keep it up bro.

    • @abcautotrendy
      @abcautotrendy  3 роки тому +1

      Well, at 2000 RPM the turbo actuator should start to function based on the output.

      @@abcautotrendy Thanks for the reply. is there any spring inside of the actuator. any idea how many psi is needed to start actuate the rod initial movement.

    • @abcautotrendy
      @abcautotrendy  3 роки тому +3

      Well, the spring pressure decided or depend based on the Boost Level. In the theory the intercooler maintains upto 13 PSI, the any excessive pressure release by the boost sensor, so in my understanding there is no such required initial PSI pressure to open the actuator spring. But I will do some data analysis as update you

      @@abcautotrendy hi sir.
      Does that mean that if the intercooler is leaking or has a hole,the turbo will not be able to boost?

    Hi there. First, amazing channel!, plenty of fantastic information.
    I am going to replace my actuator as it a bit dodgy. Can I ask, what is the best way to calibrate it (the length of the rod and length of the pin which limit the wastegate flap). Is this something what needs to be done based on the reading of whole system or there is some kind of magic tricks please. Mant Thanks
