    Mam apke sikhane ka tarika mujhe bahut achha lagta hai nd yese aam ke sukhe aachar maine kabhi nhi banaye hai but bhut achhi lgi ye recipe mam mai banaungi........🙏

    निशा जी,आपको तो याद भी नहीं होगा पर मैंने इस अचार की फरमाइश लगभग 7साल पहले की थी,पर मेरे आगे ये अचार अब आया है,आज मैंने इसे बनाया है मैं बहुत खुश हूँ इसे बना कर ,ये मेरा पंसदीदा अचार है ....स्वाद भी वही आया है जो होता है ...इसे पूरी तरह ठंडा करके मैंने जार में भर लिया.. अभी तो कपड़े से जार का मुहँ बांध दिया,कृपया बताए कि ..ढक्कन लगा कर रख दूँ या एक दो दिन इसे धूप दिखानी चाहिए...

      Nahi Ma'am mai ye janana chahti hu ki jo apne aam ka sukha achar banana sikhya hai usme apke bataye hue masalo k badle ready-made masale use kar sakte hai?agar ha to quantity kitni leni hogi?

    in UK even though it is cold all year round everything needs to be kept in fridge otherwise it gets spoil very quickly.

      *Renu Raman* , Ajkal adhiktar log flats mein rehte hain, jaha dhoop mil pana mushkil hota hai. Agar aapke yaha dhoop aati hai to dhoop mein rakhe to achcha hai nahi to achar aise bhi gal jayega.
